  Nikki was able to get my landscaping shirts ordered for my team in a timely manner! She kept me informed throughout the entire process went above and beyond explaining the product and its details so every need of mine was met all while juggling tons of other landscapers uniforms, sewing machines and phones ringing off the hook. Thank you for taking the time to help me figure out and give me ideas that would work for me! Great job! I’m happy with my shirts!

  Really disappointing. I ordered a shirt through our basketball team, we went in and tried on the uniform for size. Ordered the correct size and it came with a T-shirt, which we also ordered the same size as the jersey. They failed to mention that the shirts run about two sizes smaller than the uniforms. I emailed them to ask for a larger size and was told due to the nature of their business they can't exchange. You should inform the people who order they uniforms and shirt sizes don't match. Its literally probably an $6 shirt and they are fighting me on it. Wouldn't recommend Sportswear Etc.I appreciate your response I also appreciate you making your poor communication my problem.

  I had the same experience when I ordered and the sizing wasn't correct. They refuse to fix anything for their customers. I guess in this case the customer is always wrong. Hope my review helps and doesn't cost you the $8 I paid for the shirt.

  I am so impressed with Nikki, one of the owners. She helped us in a pinch to get numbers on jerseys. She went above and beyond to get these done and look good for the girls’ first game. Thanks for helping us out!

  We have used Sportswear Etc. for "spirit wear" and uniform support for our baseball team and fans. The design support and service has been exceptional, all at a very fair price!

  I have used Sportswear Etc for years! I love the atmosphere and all the faces that greet you when you walk through the door! I use them for my husbands business, all 3 of my girls different sport teams & our school spirit wear! They have always went above and beyond to make sure I'm happy! I will always HIGHLY recommend them!!!!!!

  We had some blankets embroidered here with a school logo, names and numbers. Turned out great, on time, on budget and as promised. What more could you ask for.

  I was really in a bind on getting some letting done on my groomsman shirts and when I went into sportswear etc they were able to get a design and printed within days. They had great customer service and were very prompt to jump on my order.

  Was told my order would take 2 weeks. I called to check on order at 15 days, was told they were working on it “right now”...they would call me when it was done. Waited 4 more days and was told again they were working on it and it would be done the next day. Called the next day and was told they were out of yellow...called again the following week and they said they were working on it “right now” again. It was finally ready for pickup the next day. It took 26 days for something that was promised in 14, with no communication whatsoever. I had to call multiple times and was lied to multiple times about when it would be complete. Horrible customer service!

  Terrible customer service. Ordered & Pre-paid for volleyball jerseys. After 2+ weeks they weren't ready. Jerseys weren't ready until after my kids' season was over. The owner refused to refund my money for a product that I never received.
