Been growing my hair out for a year and decided to get a trim and even it out. Went here and the lady cut off like 5 to 6 inches of hair. She had no idea how to cut curly hair and had to tell her to get Misty to salvage what was left. I'm pissed, I shouldn't have payed but I did. If you have curly hair don't go here

Stylist: I happily drive 2 hours for Misty to cut my grandson’s hair. She is consistent and experienced. Every haircut has been exactly as requested.

Left without getting haircuts.
I was surprised to see the short wait time for this location since they usually do a good job and the wait time is usually much longer. So I signed up for haircuts for my two preteen sons.
We arrived when we got the text saying we were next in line. We were the only people in the waiting area while three stylists were finishing up on customers. We patiently waited as there was one person ahead of us. He came in and was brought back. So I assumed we would be next since both of my kids were “on deck”.
We sat there for 30 minutes. A young guy comes in and this stylist who had just finished asks him if he has an appointment. He says “no, I am here as a walk-in” and she goes “oh great, come back with me”.
ARE YOU SERIOUS?
Look - do you not want to do kids? Fine but say something. Don’t just keep us sitting there literally taking people off the street before taking us. They knew were there. They knew we had been waiting.
Never again. Lost a customer for life.

My wife and I are leaving on our honeymoon tomorrow so I wanted to get my hair trimmed. I went to a different sports clips location earlier and received a pretty rough haircut. I wouldn’t have been able to make it to the original location before they closed to get it fixed, so I called this location (since they stay open later) to get it done. Even though it was a different location, the manager told me to come on and get it fixed. Misty got me back to looking normal and was super friendly about it. I really appreciate the service. Thank you!

Been getting my trim from Misty for the past five years. The best to do it, and I’m glad she’s at Sports Clips now. Great service, great product, happy to come back always.

My biggest frustration it's not the people that work it's the store not being open during the time that is suitable for customers to come in for said employees to work. If you're having understaffing issues, that's a manager and owner issue and if you can employ a location close it down you're just wasting everybody else's time.

Good screening. Meaning walk ins welcome and fun stuff on the scoe board and television. Plus, I left Kansas City with a great hair cut. A combination of Martin v Burren & Neal Young.

Worst customer service possible. Ash & Melanie at 135th and Metcalf were so incredibly rude and clearly inexperienced. We left without cuts. One said she didn’t know what a faux hawk was and asked the other, and she was told she needs to do it, she needs to learn. Definitely doesn’t make a customer feel comfortable sitting in their chair!
