This shouldn't be titled a review this should be titled medical warning. One week ago on Monday I visited this shop waited for a spot to open and was seen. Great right, fast forward a few days and now my scalp is covered in pustules and scabs. Barber likely did not wash his razor and now fighting what is colloquially called Barber Rash. A fungus similar to athletes foot, ring worm, or jock itch now residing on my head. Incredibly displeased and now distrustful of barbers. I even left a tip, galls me even thinking I rewarded him for this.

The stylist of the month for July 2024 was very rude and disrespectful. She cut this older gentleman's hair and he wanted 3 lines on each side. Once he left, she was laughing to the other stylist and blatantly judging him. As well as being very rude to an elderly man who didn't realize there was such a long wait for the day. I noticed she had a very judgmental tone once the stylist started cutting my hair. She would be the reason I would not return.

My first time visiting a Sports Clips was a wonderful experience. Tiffanie took great care of me. She paid attention on how I wanted my hair and beard trimmed and did a fantastic job. I received many complements on how well I looked while at a social function. Thank you Tiffanie for helping me look my best. You have a customer for life :)

Went this morning. Online says store opens at 10am, at their store door it says 9am - but no one is here, lights off and no other car is parked (assuming employee’s car), so just lost a customer. Please make sure your employees are opening at the right time when it says it opens. Also, fix it. Don’t make your customers guess if store opens at 9am or 10am.

leaving a review because upper management never let stylists have access to contact the owner and I know he'd see it this way. I've contacted your area manager kris forcopies of my paystubs and w2 a week ago and I also messaged your "executive assistant" and she has not responded to me. even online access to my paystubs would be great
