Good store to visit.Nice customer service.We returned the old box for malfunction and got the new box.New box isn’t displaying time like the old one.I wish spectrum can rectify that.

Yes, you most likely will have a wait. I saw an employee work with an older gentleman helping him figure out his passwords & even helped him go to his accounts in order to get everything done he needed & you could tell he was genuinely trying to help him!
