The staff at this location are absolutely amazing. The manager Jess is one of the kindest and most professional employees ever! It’s obviously she is highly respected by her employees because her leadership skills are terrific. She leads by kindness and understanding which is the most successful way!!! Kudos to this team!

Just bought a copa adidas soccer cleat. It’s already torn then the lady in the store says it‘s the customers fault for causing a torn drag on it? In less then a month of just practicing. What s going on with this store?

I worked with Michael to have a custom player name and number added to my jersey. They were replica letters for Portugal. First, it was difficult to get the letters ordered, but Michael stayed on it and even called multiple times with updates. After getting the letters in he helped us get them put on, then had the jersey shipped to us at no extra cost. The person that put the numbers on placed the jersey number in the wrong spot on the front, however. I called back and spoke with Michael about the issue. He was very friendly and professional. He worked with the store manager to come up with a solution. They ended up refunding us for the jersey. They re-ordered the numbers & letters and he kept me updated by phone throughout the process. On the day he was back in the store to coordinate having them put on, he sent me a text picture to ensure it was exactly what we wanted first. Jersey is again being shipped to my house at no extra cost.
Michael provided above and beyond service without a doubt! If I were the owner of this store, I would be very proud to have Michael on my team and would be trying to figure out a way to promote him! Thanks for all the help!

Wonderful experience! The young men who work here were kind and attentive. They found everything we needed and made the experience super easy (I don't have much soccer knowledge and it's my sons first league). They even shared how they got started at a young age with novice parents also. I'm so glad we went here instead of a big sports store!! Hope these employees get some recognition!

Terrible experience...... was told 4 to 5 weeks for a goalie jersey..... 6.5 weeks later, I REACH OUT TO THEM and they tell me they are unable to complete the order but they can if I bump up the size......... NO!!! What a waste of time, half a soccer season waiting for something they couldn't deliver in the first place, no follow up, terrible customer service!!!

Today is my second time dealing with Michael at Soccer Master within two weeks and they were both great customer service experiences! First, was when I needed my daughter to try on uniforms for size & he helped me in getting the size we ordered changed. Second time, today, I called ahead to see if they still had the same pair of soccer cleats we bought for my daughter. We were in a hurry because we have to go out of town for a soccer tournament. I told him we were on the way and will be there in 9mins. Michael had the shoes comparable to what we wanted with the size we needed as soon as we got to the store. We were in and out of there within 10mins. Thank you Michael and the cashier that helped us out quickly! Thank you all for your help, great customer service and knowledge of the product!
