I have visited the store at 8pm but its closed by then but the store timings are till 9pm, I waited at the door for 10mins and the employee even noticed but he/she didn’t opened the door.

Shoe shopping with my elderly father, thank you to the woman who greeted us & asked what we were looking for. She showed us where the “slip in” shoes were located saving my father with his walker from needing to wander the entire store. She even asked if he was looking for regular width or wide width. Impressive customer service!

Get your comfortable summer sandals now! Most of the sandals do not come in a half sizes but are larger and I needed to go down a half a size. The staff was really helpful and the shoes were packaged in a nice reusable blue Skechers bag!

Walked in. One staff member had her head down in her phone, the other wondered the store. Not one word from either until I walked out. I wont be going back.

Not very clear who works here and whom is just a customer. Looked for help for 20 min and left because 1 guy on far side of store was helping 3 people already.

The store has great selection. However the staff seem to be unbothered. No greeting upon arrival. She didn’t look up from what she was doing and was on her phone. When I got to the register no hi or hello and had me wait a minute before ringing me up. Even when she was talking she seemed to have an attitude and no sign of I want to be here, just sad and frowny face. I noticed this with other customers too. Basically there is no customer service.

Went on Sunday watched staff get there half hour before opening. But they opened 10 min late. They had people standing at door waiting. Staff not very friendly or helpful.

Most if the small taff was less than motivated. Checking inventory for different sizes seened to be an inconvenience. One guy did step up and was helpful to me. Still, I expect better from a store I do business with.
