I waited two years to write this review. The bootfitting process was time well spent. My sitzmark boots & inserts have made learning to ski FUN and COMFORTABLE! Stop renting gear and buy some custom boots from these folks.
For my hopeless crimeboarder kids, the team at sitzmark has been so helpful with sizing their gear and getting them excited about meatrocketing down the greens. Seriously, though, this is a good place for boots and boards. They have answered many questions and helped us care for the equipment over the seasons.

Having been back here a number of times now, as well as to the other ski shop options in the area (there are so many, how did I have the time ?), I'd say they're my favorite shop in regards to total service. They have a good selection of equipment and knowledgeable staff. Lots of other gear options too. They are my preference in the area for bootfitters also as they have a well rounded collection and work hard finding the best fit for you. Thanks!

This is the store to go to when buying snow/skate gear these guys are very knowledgeable and even more helpful
I went in to buy my first snowboard setup, as soon as I walked in I was greeted with great hospitality and even better customer service. I will always give my business to Sitzmark

Awesome staff and service! Best place to buy ski/snowboard gear, had a binding break that I purchased nearly 8 years ago and they were able to do the warranty process for me and get another pair of bindings back for me! Will not go anywhere else for gear anymore

I can't speak highly enough for Sitzmark. They have outfitted us for skiing for several years and always advise the right products for our needs. Most recently, Tate, Steve and Jamie helped me find just the right pair of ski boots. I am a hard fit and they pulled out all the stops to ensure I received the right ski boot with a great fit. Thank you to the Sitzmark staff for all your assistance most recently and over the years.

Jamie and Chris have been absolutely awesome. They have endured me coming in multiple times, with multiple questions. They were able to get me going with a brand new snowboard setup. They are top notch when it comes to knowledge. I was also blown away by the boot fitting knowledge. I’ll be in the get the new Lib Tech Doughboy next year and going forward Sitzmark Sports will be my go to spot for all winter sport purchases. Thanks again for all of the help.

Got new ski boots from here for Christmas.. Just had them heat molded (sooo comfortable). Service is great and staff are knowledgeable and personable.

Jamie and his team do a great job! I go every year to get my skis tuned up and buy new equipment when needed. No need to wait for the overpriced mountain shops when we have a local gem like Sitzmark! Much better value and quality of service.

Very knowledgeable and great customer service. These guys are extremely friendly to everyone regardless of experience. Highly recommend! It's also way more convenient to get your ski stuff here than it is to try to get it while you're on vacation. They can get busy on the weekends, so try to come in when you have some time during the week.

Me and my wife got our wakeboards here back in 2009, before we started having kids. They took care of us so well, they are our only option now. Our entire family of six got outfitted for snowboarding/skiing earlier this year. Everyone was given a VIP experience, including the 4-year-old. Now it’s wakeboarding season again, and they made us feel like we have been friends for years. They remembered names, inside jokes, and asked about our adventures. We will absolutely continue to drive 35 miles, to work with the experts, that have become friends and trusted advisors, like Chris! When we visit the shop, we bring the entire family, because we all enjoy hanging out with their staff!

I had bought some new bindings from here. I told them the correct size of my boot, but they sold me the wrong size of binding. So when I went in to get them exchanged(mind you they are brand new). The gentleman that was helping me said he needed to get the owner for the exchange. When the owner came over to help me, I almost could not believe he was the manager of the establishment let alone the owner. He was irritated with me, for even being there it seemed like he was very rude and in the way he would speak to me. The bindings had nothing wrong with them. Simply wanted to exchange to get a correct size on a pair of bindings that one of his employees gave it to me in the wrong size. He said the only thing he would give me is 40% store credit for them (even though they are brand new). When I tried to be levelheaded about the situation. The owner became outraged and irritated with my presence so he left. The two employees beside me were shocked and apologized on his behalf, and simply said that they are is nothing they could do for me without his approval. All employees of this place are great.I’ve got a lot of friends in the snowboard industry, and I was gonna recommend to the shop after my first experience with them. But now I will never, and I mean never. Shop here again or recommend this place. To anyone who feels like being mistreated or paying $200 for a pair of bindings they can’t even use now that are brand new.
