Everytime I have needed to talk to them about something or talk about my policy, i always get the best customer service. Someone rented a car in my name somehow but they canceled the reservation and figured the whole thing out for me. I would recommend this company Shawn Reeves state farm if you are in johnson county Kansas.

I was looking for a lower auto insurance rate and ended up with not only a lower rate, but better coverage. I also wanted to transfer my homeowners policy because of the bundled discount and I contacted three different companies. All the companies said that because of the rising construction costs that I was way underinsured. Andrew at State Farm did a detailed and thorough analysis and was able to get me much higher coverage with a reasonable increase in price. Andrew is very efficient and was delightful to work with through every step of the process.

Andrew was awesome, knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed. He was even able to work around the fact I have no cell service at home in the country. I was able to tell him my vehicles and drivers and the next day I had an amazing quote. (Next day due to my lack of phone service) Andrew was even able to help me with personal property insurance I had been needing. He is currently working a quote for my Harley!!!. You won't find a better agent to take care of your needs!!!

it is not very often that I go out of my way to write a review but I was compelled to do so today because of an unusually positive experience with Shaun Reeves and his State Farm team.Our house was struck by an intense bolt of lightening a few weeks ago which took out a costly in-house A/V system and some appliances. Prior experience with previous insurance companies has resulted in doing battle to have my claim validated and damage covered. With Shaun and his team, we were asked to produce a few documents and proof of damage and we were quickly reimbursed in order to cover our loss and set on the way to getting our system restored and appliance repairs made.I can't say enough about what a pleasure it is to have an insurance agent that is easy to work with and quick to resolve your issues. I trust this team to be there whenever there is a need. THAT is why we need and carry insurance and they come through! I HIGHLY recommend this agent and his office.
