Great experience! The sales reps are not commissioned so you can trust that they are providing the right info for you. The rep stayed in my budget and did not upsell me. She also explained all the processes to me and answered all my questions.

Mandi and Tera made our experience so amazing and stress free! I went in with a few ideas of what I would like for my engagement ring and they let me see every option I wanted and even suggested some options I absolutely loved! Both Mandi and Tera love what they do and were very personable and helped me feel comfortable the entire time. I was also able to take as many pictures and videos as I wanted. Hands down best experience i’ve ever had shopping for jewelry, i’m sure the entire staff at Shane Co is amazing, but Mandi and Tera are the best and I highly recommend them!

Hailey and Tera couldn’t have put me more at ease with this process. They listened and, while letting me pick rings I was interested in, they also recommended rings that matched my personality and disposition. Ultimately I chose one that Hailey recommended and wouldn’t have been on my radar otherwise! Tera explained differences in the options and the steps that follow in great detail, making sure I was comfortable leaving with what I absolutely loved and was confident in.

From the moment we walked in the door, the staff were so incredibly helpful and reassuring. Tera and Jessica took such great care of us! They were informative, straight forward, and patient. Their entire focus was getting us our perfect ring and never once trying to sell us more. Jessica let me swap out the diamonds as many times as I needed to make my best decision. As my boyfriend and I left the store, we couldn’t stop talking about how great the experience and staff were and how we were confident we made the right choice!
