“Love this place! Clean affordable and a bay you can pull into to unload even in bad weather. The manager Lisa was just as awesome as reviews had said . Ill be honest thats why I looked into renting here! Management is key to a great experience!”

But if you have a emergency you will get a notification of default as if you're 1+ months behind when you're only days to a week late.. that's irritating but at least my belongings are secured. I guess it's they're way of making sure they get late fees

“I’ve had many units over the years. Allison is the manager onsite. She wears many hats and helps out at other sites. As stressful as that may be. I’ve never seen her with a bad attitude. She’s always smiling. When i was behind, she wasn’t pushy, gave me options and explained things in human terms. She shows ownership and great pride and is an extreme asset to public storage.”
“The food was good. However Service was slow. We waited quite sometime for our cocktails. Took about 10 minutes to get lemon for our waters. The ambiance was nice but not as warm and cozy as I remember.”

“This is my second time renting a U-Haul from this place and each time I've had good experiences. (As per the previous reviews) I was not over charged nor was the customer service bad. I know my experiences may be an exception, I don't know. But everything went pretty good for me and if I need their services again (I hope not bc I hate moving) I will use U-Haul and this location in particular”
“All in all I was very pleased with the friendliness of the man when I dropped off at return, cleanliness of the vehicle, and the ease of rental and return. If I could see one improvement I would like there to be parking available for the customer. I was told I can park off on one of the side streets, but that was something I wasn’t comfortable doing, so I had my friend just follow me in my car while I drove the 10’ truck I rented for 2 hours. I would be fine to sign a waiver if I was to be allowed to park my car on U-Haul property for the duration of my short vehicle rental!”
