WOW - over our 23 years living in Overland Park our family has purchased 3 Christmas trees from Seasonal Concepts. Why?selection - knowledgeable staff - helpful staff - great products and they truly CARE about their clients. Did I mention they have incredible staff!! They just replaced a segment of our tree we purchased three years ago - why? cause they TRULY CARE about their customers. We won't shop for our Christmas needs anywhere else!! GREAT JOB!! We ordered patio furniture covers with the much-appreciated assistance and experience of Mary Acord. Her knowledge of merchandise options was exceptional and her recommendation resulted in purchasing covers which are perfect. Great buying experience!

We went in to check prices on patio umbrellas needing to replace ours due to wind damage. We left with a new gas fire pit and an umbrella. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and not at all pushy. Delivery was cheaper than their competitors and the prices were comparable. In our case, the store price matched, as well. Can't wait to get our backyard oasis refreshed for the spring!Supporting local and friendly staff is more important to me than going to any big box store. The quality is better, too.

worst place to buy anything! overpriced, terrible brand selection, weak sales staff and the owner has no clue about anything. safe yourself time and money and buy the se thing or better for less online or nebraska furniture mart!

The entire sales team is wonderful and they work hard to meet my needs with scheduling and the extra services that they offer. They also have a great selection of quality products that makes it so much easier for comparison and information.The dilevery team is top notch.....punctual, respectful of the merchandise, and super friendly.

Closed at 5 pm, small selection and unfriendly staff. Everything appeared out of date and old. Went to nebraska furniture mart and bought the same brand and collection of of outdoor furniture for 40% less!

Rude staff and grossly overpriced. Same item I was able to purchase locally for half the price and save myself over $410 on a christmas tree! Shame on these people for trying to take advantage of people and for them to think we are uninformed consumers, hello seasonal Concepts the internet changed that and you cant charge $799 for a tree that cost $89 and others are selling for $199! Dont shop here and do you research first and you will save money and time!

First of all, I'm picky and impatient (other than that, I'm a wonderful human being). I have had a too long continuing problem with one of the manufacturers of Seasonal Concepts furniture. Enter John (manager) who should be nominated for sainthood. John was trying to get me replacement parts for sunporch furniture and the manufacturer was giving him inaccurate availability and shipment info (let's just call them lies) which he, in good faith, passed on to me. This went on for about a month. Parts are coming, parts are coming when they had never been shipped. John took my phone calls and questions and frustration with patience and follow-up. He could have just let it play out with the manufacturer but he didn't. I think his next step was getting in his car and driving across states to get the replacements on his own! He apologized for the repeated delays and inaccurate info when it was not his fault or his responsibility to do so. He stepped up, mostly resolved the entire issue on his own initiative and came through while the manufacturer is left lacking in their integrity. There is still some follow-up to be had but I have faith John and Seasonal Concepts will prevail.Thank you, John. You were kind, patient, professional, efficient and any other flowery adjective available and you kept me from a full volcanic eruption. You're the man! I'm officially a groupie.
