I paid $7 for something that when I got home, I noticed an original price tag of $5. So that's not great. Big selection, often over-priced. Use a coupon (you get one if you donate).

Prices are getting out of hand. These are 90% donated items. If it has a designer label on it no matter the condition it is automatically priced 11.99 and up. People go there because they're poor. Yes there are those people who have money who shop because it's campy but they are the exception to the rule. Most are on a tight budget like me. Please lower your prices. Thank you

Terrible customer service. Shopping at this store last night they zoned in on my at the check out line, and asked me over and over again if I rung something up. Then when I stepped away to get a price check my total was more. Turns out they scanned items I didn’t want to buy…. The manager that’s been there for “15 years” was the worse of them. After we checked out they stood at the door and stared at us.
I’ve been shopping and donating here for years it’s just getting worse.
Oh and they thought it was a good idea to stand it right in the middle of the cash registers and talk about the way “they” ALWAYS put stuff in bags and steal stuff. Well, guess what they checked all of our bags and NO we were not trying to steal… gross.

Very rude staff. Everything is so high stakes, I felt like I was just being shaken down by the TSA as I was leaving.

The truth is that this store is going overboard when it comes to paying, they come to check the things as if someone is going to steal them and then they come out saying that the prices that the things have are not correct and they think that someone will change them and where they should look in setting the correct price and then they want to treat him as a thief where I have no need to do those things because they do not set the correct prices which are to avoid those misunderstandings and apart from that they are very rude to people not even in a new things store They treat you like you do in that thrift store.

It was a very bad experience, I do not recommend going to this used store, the people are racist, they accused us of things that we did not do without having proof, the truth is I do not recommend going to this type of store,
My family and I donated furniture, clothes and shoes, but thanks to 2 racist women workers we will never return to that store. I don't want the community to go through the same thing that my family and I went through.

Way over priced. Clothes with stains on them charging 10 dollars for a shirt. Can buy it brand new in for that. Your prices are way too high. Won’t be coming back here. Waste of time.

Ditch & Run daycare? I came in for the first time just a few minutes ago and there were over 10 kids (ages ranging from toddler to maybe 10yrs max) running around unsupervised. They were chasing each other with nerf guns, bats, other toys, throwing things, and pulling things off the shelving. Shame on the parents and shame on the staff for saying NOTHING. Everyone just acted like it was a normal thing. I will stick to the Olathe location. They care about customer safety. This is a liability claim waiting to happen...

Purchased pillows from here for my couch, now I have BED BUGS. Went back and tried to tell the workers they have an issue and they basically gas lit me that it’s my fault? Had no issues with it ever before. Honestly disgusting and I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s in the clothes too. BUYERS BEWARE.
This is on top of the way they red dye splattered 7 different wedding gowns for a Halloween display??? Someone in need could’ve used those beautiful dresses:( If you want your gorgeous clothes treated like garbage and infested to be resold for crazy prices with a *maybe* 2% profit going to their “mission” then I suppose this is the place to donate.
***EDIT: looked it up and actually zero percent goes to a mission. Their ceo mark walsh is worth hundreds of millions of dollars. The whole thing is just sad.

I donated over $500 worth of clothes that were brand new, 15 pairs of blue jeans never worn, 6 shirts never worn and a ton of other items. I turned around and purchased 3 pairs of pants that did not fit and I had my receipt but because I took the tag off and i still had the tag in my hand they still wouldn't let me exchange them for the correct size and wouldn't do a refund. They will never get another donation from me. A Bunch of For Profit Crooks. I'll only donate to Hillcrest Ministries.

When I was making a donation the employees yelled at me when I got out of my car when I didn’t know I wasn’t supposed to. They were so rude it made me want to just drive away and donate elsewhere. I don’t understand why it mattered so much when I was helping get my donations out of my car. So rude.

No fitting rooms, no returns & no store credit. You’re forced to do exchanges only. I brought back items less than 30 minutes later once I was able to try them on & didn’t fit & they wouldn’t honor any assistance besides trying to get me to find other items in the store. Ridiculous policy.

This used to be the best thrift store in town, where all the rich JoCo folks donate their stuff, but they've installed what appears to be the dumbest cheapest self checkout system in existence. With no other checkout options available.
I am *very* familiar with self checkout, and I even had to have the attendant come help me twice. I apologized to her for corporate making this dumb cost-saving decision.
I'm all for keeping prices low, but this sucks y'all.
