I would give zero if possible. I have been fighting with samsung for almost 8 months now! They have the worst customer service agents ever and are a bunch of liars.I have just paid off my refrigerator and it does not work. They keep canceling the ticket and and have no reason for why they keep doing this.As soon as they cancel the ticket it cancels the order for the part we are waiting for that is on back order and we have to start all over again.They continuously assign to a company who will not come to my home. They are already aware that company told them we will not go out there. All I want is a reliable refrigerator and samsung is not it! STAY AWAY FROM SAMSUNG!

Not what I expected. It thought it was a Samsung store (found the listing on Google Maps behind my hotel) but as I was told, this suite is not for individuals, just business. I just wanted to ask some questions to be directed but that wasn't the case. Didn't like the tone of the lady out front and just said thank you and left. I guess its online only for Samsung.

What’s a reasonable amount of time to be without a refrigerator? Our Samsung fridge failed on Halloween, ruined our kitchen floor, and spoiled our Thanksgiving. We requested a full refund for the fridge (Sealed System failure), compensation for property damage and food loss (almost $1500), with courteous (They missed 3 of the 5 appts they set up.) and prompt treatment. We’re going on two months without the fridge we paid $3000 for, with no response from this multi-national corporation. How many holidays will you let Samsung ruin, for your family? #dontbuysamsung

Samsung fridge broke after 4 years and no help from Samsung to repair it. I paid 3000 for this fridge and its basically a 3000.00 paper weight. STAY AWAY FROM SAMSUNG!! The worst appliances ever
