Don't go here for the cafe...it's always messy, and the drink fountains often don't work right. Plus, they usually close the cafe more than an hour before the store closes.

The pharmacy is amazing! There was a hiccup in transferring a prescription and they treated me so well. They called the other pharmacy and called me back to know that all was taken care of with the prescription and what to expect next. WOW!!!! Thank you!

Didn't know they checked receipts, but after an employee ran across the store, shouting "YOU CANT DO THAT", and slammed into my cart as I was leaving, I do now.

We bought 6 tires for our 1 ton in Feb.
We chose sams because we were told that all Sam's and Walmart honor the warranty and we can get tires fixed there when traveling . We have had 2 tires that had slow leaks. Took the truck to our local Walmart. We were informed that they do not honor Sam's warranty.
I called the Sam's in Overland Park. They also confirmed that what we was told is true..we was lied to and we are extremely unhappy. Will never buy tires from Sam's again.

This place has a little bit of everything. One of those all-in-one stops for all kinds of items. Electronics, furniture, jewelry, clothing, cleaning products, and of course bulk food items.
With that being said, you definitely have to know what you're looking for. There are definitely some bulk items that are not necessarily a great deal. The same sort of price you would be seeing at any other supermarket.
Now on the flip side of that, there are some phenomenal deals as well.
This place is busy, lots and lots of folks hunting for the same deals you're after. However, check out is rather quick with do it yourself lines, or check outs with a cashier. Overall, I would say this place is worth the hype.

I have spent literally 30 mins trying to get in touch with someone at this store. They won’t answer. Then when they did answer, instead of checking for me to see if they had something, they transfer me and the phone rings for another 15 mins. This is ridiculous!
