Were you thinking about taking a warranty into account when making a Sam’s automotive battery purchase? Please don’t. I’m sure the employees are only following a protocol but expect them to string you along until your warranty expires. Expect them to waste 3-4 hours of your time recharging your battery. While that’s happening expect them to first tell you to come back in 15 minutes. When you do expect them to tell you to come back in an hour. When you do expect them to tell you to come back in another 45 minutes. When you do expect the employee that was helping you to be on what I’m sure is a MUCH DESERVED break after having to deal with people like me. Expect that employee who is enjoying their lunch in the food court next to the automotive counter to avoid eye contact at all costs. Admittedly, I’d do the same knowing taking care of my family depends on treating customers as Sam’s automotive sees fit. At that point expect a battery back that has a SOH barely above the warranty threshold. Yay! I get to come back in a month and do it again! I give my best wishes to all the employees and customers that have to try to make this system work. Easy fix. Are you considering that purchase right now? You don’t have to be a customer in that equation. At the very least, just go into it knowing that an automotive battery warranty at Sam’s is, in my opinion, all but worthless. Good luck out there in your battery search!

Used to trust that I would get my complete delivery order but today that was not true. The club is refusing to answer the phone and finally hangs up on you without answering. Chat does not work on the website. So I can do nothing about the fact that I paid for items I did not get. If some idiot realizes that part of my order is still back at the store and delivers it later today I will not be home so the milk will sour and the rolls will go bad as the items sit in the hot sun of my afternoon front porch. I guess I will need to move on to a different Sam's club or Walmart.

Excellent customer service. I called on 11/2/23 at 12:41pm. The lady who received the call went above and beyond. She was so nice and helpful. Scheduled for new tires. Wish I had asked for her name but I hope this complement reaches her

Horrible service at this location. They are supposed to offer same-day delivery if you place your order by 2 pm. This does not happen. They very rarely answer the telephone. And their customer service is very awful . I have had the worst experience with this location ever. Steer clear if you can. I even spoke with management confirming the same day delivery. However, she told a boldface lie and never followed back up with me, her or her superior never contacted me back... just ridiculous !

Waaaaaaay understaffed. Management needs to improve their employee’s customer service skills. FULL of rude employees especially their customer service desk. Don’t even think about calling them they never answer or they’ll put you on an indefinite hold.

I recently visited the Sam's Club location and was impressed with both the gas station and store. The gas station had a layout that was more similar to a traditional gas station, which allowed me to go to any side of my car on any pump without any issues. I appreciated this layout as it made refueling my car a hassle-free experience.Moving on to the store, it was very clean and well-maintained. The aisles were well-organized, and the products were easy to find. The selection of products was also impressive, and I was able to find everything I needed without any trouble. I particularly liked the variety of food items available, which included both fresh produce and pre-packaged snacks.One of the best parts of my shopping experience was the Scan and Go feature. It was easy to use, and I was able to check out quickly without having to wait in a long line. This made the shopping experience much more efficient and stress-free.Overall, I had a great experience at Sam's Club and would definitely recommend this location to others. The gas station and store were both impressive.

I know some patrons prefer the location on 95th street, but I am the opposite. Here's why:A little more low key: I feel like the 95th street location is way more busier than this location. (Probably because it's right off the highway) Here, at least you do not have to circle the lot to find somewhere to park. Get the App: Ordering pickup or delivery from the app is honestly the best thing and saves you the heartache from wandering the store in confusion. I have ordered pickup from the app previously, and it was very easy. Plus, it was nice to just walk up to the front, get my things and leave.Store layout: I can see why people prefer the 95th street location for its layout over this one. It does seem it is more difficult to find the things you need in the store versus the other. I do like that there is a fast lane for checkout and there were associates at the registers helping things move along.Overall: 8/10 There isn't much to say about Sam's Club. You get what you get and most stores are pretty much the same, minus the store layout and inventory. You can't go wrong with this location and from previous visits, it's best to come during the weekday if crowds aren't your thing.

Today I went to sam’s club to get some groceries with my sister and 85 year old mom. My mom wanted a hot dog from the snack shack. The line was about 8 deep with people. I noticed that there were 4 employees standing and talking, I went over and asked if they could get some help for the poor gal running the register and getting food for people. He says no, we’re busy. I said could one of you go over and help. Again tells me no, that is a different department. You have to be trained he thought. I said you do t have to be trained to pass out pizza. I asked for the manager, his name was Kyle Todd, but he was busy. He told me that they were very busy today. I said wow, in a Saturday before Mother’s Day? That is shocking. Terrible service from management but the snack people were doing a great job. Ridiculous

Other then this selfish lady who rushes in and takes the entire supply of chicken every morning so no one else can have any. Seriously should put a limit on it. Ridiculous. Especially when supplies are low
