Horrible service at this location. They are supposed to offer same-day delivery if you place your order by 2 pm. This does not happen. They very rarely answer the telephone. And their customer service is very awful . I have had the worst experience with this location ever. Steer clear if you can. I even spoke with management confirming the same day delivery. However, she told a boldface lie and never followed back up with me, her or her superior never contacted me back... just ridiculous !

I recently visited the Sam's Club location and was impressed with both the gas station and store. The gas station had a layout that was more similar to a traditional gas station, which allowed me to go to any side of my car on any pump without any issues. I appreciated this layout as it made refueling my car a hassle-free experience.Moving on to the store, it was very clean and well-maintained. The aisles were well-organized, and the products were easy to find. The selection of products was also impressive, and I was able to find everything I needed without any trouble. I particularly liked the variety of food items available, which included both fresh produce and pre-packaged snacks.One of the best parts of my shopping experience was the Scan and Go feature. It was easy to use, and I was able to check out quickly without having to wait in a long line. This made the shopping experience much more efficient and stress-free.Overall, I had a great experience at Sam's Club and would definitely recommend this location to others. The gas station and store were both impressive.

I know some patrons prefer the location on 95th street, but I am the opposite. Here's why:A little more low key: I feel like the 95th street location is way more busier than this location. (Probably because it's right off the highway) Here, at least you do not have to circle the lot to find somewhere to park. Get the App: Ordering pickup or delivery from the app is honestly the best thing and saves you the heartache from wandering the store in confusion. I have ordered pickup from the app previously, and it was very easy. Plus, it was nice to just walk up to the front, get my things and leave.Store layout: I can see why people prefer the 95th street location for its layout over this one. It does seem it is more difficult to find the things you need in the store versus the other. I do like that there is a fast lane for checkout and there were associates at the registers helping things move along.Overall: 8/10 There isn't much to say about Sam's Club. You get what you get and most stores are pretty much the same, minus the store layout and inventory. You can't go wrong with this location and from previous visits, it's best to come during the weekday if crowds aren't your thing.

I use to love saving money on gas at this Sams location in Overland Park. I read the reviews on here from several years ago and it got 5 stars. Now! No Way! This location is a nightmare to get in and out of with no organization at all as to who is going to which pump! I don’t care about saving money here because it is not worth the head ache of waiting in line with no efficiency! The management needs to address the traffic flow badly!!!! I go to the Phillips 66 now in Missouri near my work where I can use the ap to save money! It’s sad how Sam’s doesn’t address their issues at this gas station.

We bought about 6 pairs of shorts. When I was ready to leave the lady took forever scanning everyone my husband had. Then the white people behind us who had a full basket only got one thing scanned??? This was very upsetting and unsettling to me, especially as a new member who had just picked up my card that day and was upside into a Sam’s plus membership and a new credit card. It was so embarrassing. We were the only Afro Americans in the line, and the people in front of us got ‘one’ little scan, and ALL of our stuff was scanned. I would never steal, not just because I make well over 6 figures, but because I was raised right, and I have integrity. This was very obvious and embarrassing!

Its Sams Club. Ok. But lots of staff and no one helping anyone. Why? No manager ever present. Real complaint is the terrible self check out. Trust me, retailers will rue the day they thought this a great idea. Self check out fails half the time. And why have 3 people watch and troubleshoot self check out when they could be handling a check out lane? Sure the 20-30 crowd is fine with this but they not the ones spending the money here. I do Sams and Costco because Costco has cooler stuff but Sams cheaper prices. Sams used to have great office supplies but no more. Both need new buyers.... buyers who used to seek out cool innovative products you had not seen. Both just seem lazy these days to work hard.

All is but the manager is awful. I stopped by last week for a tire sale and I wanted to know whether it's first come first serve or by appt. He told me by appt. But actually it's first come first serve. This is not the first time. I don't know why he is there if he confuses customers.

There’s always more than one pump down whenever I stop by. It can really be a traffic jam when it gets busy since the station is pretty small.
