Miserable, Unprofessional, Rude, Immature , Young, Tall, Brown haired chick at register needs to Find her Happy or just Quit ! Life is way too short ! I think she was Deliberately acting out as children do because she wants to get Fired and draw Unemployment because no one values working anymore ! The Extremely out of date clothing is Overpriced anyway so it just was not worth the Attention seeking cashiers Ignorance !

I used to love going to thus store. The only thing still positive are the people who work there (cashiers & those who actually take/assist people when the bring donations). The prices are OUTRAGEOUSLY high. Seriously, you can buy NEW stuff at Walmart or off Amazon for what they are charging. The Salvation Army has become greedy and takes advantage of those struggling. People either assume or don't know better with what the prices are for new items elsewhere.

I went in looking for some older sweaters - not only was everything extremely picked over, what was available was priced almost the same as it cost new at the retail store. A cheap H&M cardigan was $19.99, a basic Columbia jacket $29.99, it’s insane.

This is the most expensive thrift store I have ever been too! They had dollar tree craft vinyl from dollar tree for $3! It normally sells for 1.25 at the dollar tree. The furniture was priced like it was new and a cheap Walmart brand sweatshirt that was heavily worn for $14.99! I will never wast my time in that store. I saw things that I would buy but not for the prices they were offering.

This place has a great jewelery selection. The employees are friendly, the store is clean. I thought the prices were very high on just about everything. There were a lot of things I would of bought but the price was too high. But I enjoyed looking around.

The store is organized and the knick knacks and furniture usually have pretty fair pricing. However, the clothing prices are pretty ridiculous…$30+ for dirty worn out shoes, $50 for a used Nike backpack that probably never originally retailed for that high of a price, $15 Kohl’s shirts etc.

This store is a scam!!!! I'm just visiting this town, But they are charging brand new prices for used Junk that was given to them, I feel sorry for the poor in this town, They're gonna go cold this year Thirty dollars for a used jacket give me a break !!!!! I can get the same jacket brand new at ross's for twenty dollars, Or even burlington coat factory, Brand new I could get a coat for thirty dollars there, Mind you brand new is completely different than used!!!!!! They charged fourteen dollars for a pair of pants, I pay ten dollars at rosses Brand new, This burns me up, They should be ashamed of themselves, I know god is ashamed of them.

Shopping for kids clothes today. There’s some $1.99 shirts to be found but nothing wow. Switched over to home goods and turned off pretty quick by an old tiered cupcake stand marked at $14.99. Womens’ clothing is lackluster and overpriced. Shoes? Had to leave when at that point. $24.99 for a toddler shoe. Multiple pairs of adult shoes marked at $49.99. All with visible wear and tear. ?

OUTRAGEOUSLY priced. Wanted $10 for a beat up old steps tool. Didn’t really find any clothes under $9. Go elsewhere

Wide variety of merchandise in this HUGE store. No rhyme or reason to pricing, some dirty broken cheap toys marked $7.99, while some incredible probably antique furniture marked $4.99.(Why $4.99 and not $5?)Staff that I saw was friendly and pleasant but not very helpful.Very very strange neighborhood change as you get to their parking lot. Driving around a fancy finance district and the go around a corner and BAM! you're in an empty run down parking lot of a mostly abandoned strip mall (Salvation Army store on one end, Joanne's several hundred yards away on the other end. Not sure it's even open)Some sketchy people hanging around outside. (of course they're probably thinking I myself was a little bit sketchy too! ?)If I lived closer and needed furniture-- nice tables, dressers, armoires, couches & chairs, I'd come there often. As it is over 50 miles from my home I probably won'tIt's actually just a few blocks from my cancer surgeon***Have your mammogram as your doctor suggests***

Staff was awesome. Pricing was really affordable. It may look rough on the outside but they definitely had the best clothing and deals.

There are only clothes & maybe 4 full shelves left in this store. If it is not closing then it should. Shelves are empty except for trash onthem. Employees are yelling to each other through store.

Terrible customer service from workers on the doc area. Lack of care whether you donate or not. Called ahead to make sure they were open and I arrived to a person smoking a cigarette on the doc area chit chatting with 2 other workers and telling me they were closed and it was not even 5 pm yet. Choose a different location or better yet another donation entity entirely.

Lots of stuff, few employees, so checking out took some time. Good bargains but lots of territory to cover to find all those good bargains!

The entry way so dirty.▪︎The parking lot is full of trash. Trash on the ground everywhere you turn in the parking lot, also the parking lot medians upfront close by store have 2 ft high weeds growing.(Why can't play place a trash barrel by the store, maybe that would help).▪︎ And the far medians in their parking lot Omg, they are 4-5 foot over grown, weeds, bushes, grass, you name it.▪︎(Personally) don't understand why the City of Overland Park has not given them notice to clean up immediately. Wonder "Who" there property owner is ?▪︎Inside the store (plus size women's clothes) are a mixture of everything. Not organized (sorry a medium shirt is not plus size), not just one or two, mixed all through. Guess their staff doesn't organize.▪︎My husband is the one that wanted to stop here, I only remember this store as being trashy, and over prized. Folks go to a Thift Store for a reason, they can't afford new.▪︎There is no reason why a shirt for a adult (Man or Woman) should be $6.99 to $ 8.99.▪︎ There was even a filthy Little Tikes Blue Wagon, you mean to tell me, no one that worked there could take 10-15 minutes to clean it up, again so trashy. I could see the dirt on it from 6ft plus feet away, & heck I have to wear glasses for distance. So you know it was bad if I coukd see it. (Perception is everything). They get all this stuff donated. I know they are trying make money, but they are forgetting the core reason for the stores purpose.▪︎ I wonder if the corporate office for Salvation Army, even have a clue how bad thus location is on so many issues, or if they even care.••Only things I can say good about this store:☆ Section with Nicknaks was clean, and set up pretty decently.☆The woman (employee) working the cash register was nice, and said have a nice day, as we walked to the door to put our cart back & walked out the front door. We didn't purchase anything.▪︎I would save your time, go to a different thrift store.
