I absolutely adore this pharmacy!Jane and Jeff are both wonderful and always provide me with a great experience and some well needed conversation and laughs. They run the pharmacy extremely efficiently and are always pleasant and happy to assist. They consistently go above and beyond for me as the patient, which I really appreciate. The pharmacy is easy to contact and you can order refills via the phone, which doesn't have an obnoxious phone "tree" to get through, or via your patient portal. They're knowledgeable, professional, efficient and personable. They make a great team! Which is a win-win for the customers.

I really appreciate working with this pharmacy. They work hard and give small-town service in a big town setting. Thanks, Jane & Jeff!

A truly outstanding pharmacy. Unparalleled customer service and care. The best I’ve seen to date by far.

This is a small pharmacy with a small staff inside of St. Luke's community hospital at Mission Farms. They have always filled our prescriptions promptly, communication is great. The only downside is the hours are a bit more limited than a CVS or Walgreens.

Just off the phone with a Pharmacist named Jeff. He is so helpful and kind - I've used this pharmacy for several prescriptions and it is a great place. Everyone is helpful and interested in providing the best care possible.

I recently learned about this hidden gem. I have been given fast friendly service every time I have called or come in. I really appreciate how on top of things they always are. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Special recognition to Davia Wann. She is always one step ahead of what I am needing and is a pleasure to interact with. Thank you!

Outstanding service! Sets a new high standard for customer care by pharmacies in this area of the city. I'm not sure I have all the names spelled correctly, however, my spouse and I found both Dania and Courtney to be not only friendly and professional, but extremely helpful as well. In fact, they pulled of the nearly impossible by finding and administering needed (but in short supply) immunization shots for both my spouse and myself. In addition to having a nice, clean well-appointed facility, these folks are simply a delight to work with. You can't go wrong by making this your go-to pharmacy whenever in the area. They are really nice people!

The prices can't be beat, at least for the insurance that I have. It's a beautiful facility and the pharmacist always takes time to talk to you.

Best place to have your Saint Luke's prescription filled. Several times more efficient & courteous than the Plaza outpatient pharmacy. Love this place!

Dr. Jacqueline Harrison is the best primary care doctor I've ever had. Probably...THE BEST DOCTOR I'VE EVER HAD...and I've seen plenty between my time in Chicago & KC-from surgeons to Orthopedics. She not only is knowledgeable about current health treatments, medications and outside referrals when needed-but, is also empathetic and makes time to listen to her patient's concerns. So many doctors don't even look up from their computer while typing your current health complaints...and will maybe listen to your lungs & heart if your lucky...then hand your a Rx and walk out the door. She makes you feel comfortable, heard and will always educate you on what's going on. On top of that, I never have had to wait more than 10-15 minutes from check-in to seeing the doctor. I have so much anxiety about seeing doctors, especially new doctors for personal reasons. To know I have someone looking out for my best interest means the world to me. Dr. Harrison is bringing back the importance of the doctor/patient, honest and open health care relationship. I never feel judged or embarrassed when having to talk about those uncomfortable topics. I highly recommend Dr. Harrison. She is a gem.

St. Luke's at Mission Farms has been wonderful for our family. Our wait to see the our dr for our appointment is very short. Excellent health care. It is very clean and a short walk to the parking lot. The Mission Farms office is fairly new and I don't believe the other ratings belong to this facility.

It is unfortunate that I feel the need to write this review. I've been a patient of Dr. Bradley Palmer for a long time and feel that he is a good doctor with a good bedside manner. Unfortunately this is not about him but about the people that work around him. I have a history of back pain and due to a recent flare up needed to be seen. Dr. Palmer was not available so I was seen by his PA. During the exam she asked a few cursory questions and did a simple physical exam. I told her about my history of back pain and after that she prescribed me muscle relaxers and pain meds. I didn't really feel as this would work but went along with her plan. Two days later I ran into a MD friend of mine who wondered why I was moving like a 90-year-old man. I explained the situation and he told me if I didn't feel better by the next day to give him a call. The next day I called him as I did not feel any better and he prescribed me with a burst of steroids. A few hours later after taking steroids I felt 100% better! That was over 4 months ago and I still am not having any lingering back pain. This brings me back to the reason I'm writing this review. A few weeks later I received an additional bill in the mail for services rendered at Dr. Bradley's office. It wasn't a large amount but I felt wrong since I did not get the appropriate care needed in the first place and had to receive the care from a different doctor. I contacted the office manager to discuss and she told me that there was nothing they could do and very subtly "patient shamed" me for not coming back to them and giving them another opportunity to help me, and of course, charge me with another $70 deductible fee. First, let me say this as a patient with back pain, it is not my fault that I did not come back to them. When in pain, you just want it gone and going back multiple times to get taken care of is not something you should be expected to do. And second, we all know that something could be done regarding the additional ($30) amount I was being charged. I know two sides don't see eye to eye once in a while but in this case I was willing to put it behind me, because Palmer is a good doc, but after my call with the office manager I just can't. Due to this I am currently looking for a new general practitioner at different clinic. I know that this probably doesn't matter to this clinic as I rarely go to the doctor, but as the patient, it matters a lot to me.
