RTS I do not recommend it to anyone, they are cheaters and thieves, contract with them where we specify that they do not have additional discounts apart from what was agreed upon and in 2 invoices that I have given them, they have discounted 50%, I get tired of calling them and they do not answer, they always have a justification for not responding. They always send you a message that they are on medical duty and that's how they keep you waiting... I don't recommend it to anyone, I haven't seen something that starts badly that ends well ? ? ?

I’ve been with RTS for about a year and half now. Their representative Kenzie Reeves has been more than excellent. She has always helped with any issues I have on the account. She’s very nice and easy to communicate with!! Thank you RTS for having an ex employee!!

My agent Olavio has givin me the best service anyone can ask for. I’m an old school owner operator not big on technology. He has helped me out answering his phone at 11pm on the first ring when I had a glitch w my fuel card. He also answered my call when he was on vacation. Good ole fashion service that we don’t see much anymore. Above and beyond and would recommend highly. Thanks

stay away from this factory it's the worst thing .. bad communication, bad service and they charge expensive. They tell you one thing and you get another... they don't have their own bank, they work with a bank's account and they charge you the bank fee that when you look at it they charge you 4% and sometimes even more... so I don't recommend them to you and If you have to hear the name Cris........and when you finish the contract they don't want to release you...

This is the worst factory company I know, I do not recommend it, they are cheaters, they have hidden charges, they do not respond to customer problems. My experience with them was a nightmare, look for information, there are better financial companies than RTS Financial Services. I assure you, once you make contracts with them, they do not want to release you.
