Ross is Ross and you don't expect to find much more than an inexpensive piece of something cute that you might have to find in an unorganized pile amongst items.
What you don't expect is that each time you come here, you hear staff members discussing each other in a negative manner. I've been here 3 times and with visit, the cashiers are always talking poorly about the other one who may not be there that day and why she called off or came in late, or how she "took 2 lunches" (I believe this comment may have come from a manager) You all have to do better.
Stop gossiping in front of customers, because some of us are listening and don't find it appropriate.
FYI: The young black girl with the short locks is always participating in a conversation with whoever else is present that day too. Grow up girl. You do not have to do this to fit in. I would not trust her if I worked here....šš¾

Omg every day more and more messy people with little sense of cleanliness and order visit this place, you should be more demanding about the workers because it is impossible to find anything in this store, it seems like a big pile of things thrown everywhere without any order, what a shame before I really liked coming to this store, not anymore! The store was disgusting. You could not push a cart through any of the aisles. Broken items and torn boxes littered the floor. Manager should be fired for allowing this condition.

It's a really small store. That's why I gave it a four. But I had two of the most helpful people serve me. Customer service was excellent!

Manager yelled at a customer for getting an extra plastic bag and said āyou canāt take that extra bag, that all fits in oneā was straight up rude to the customer. Did not greet me or asked how i was doing once i arrived at her cashier. Theyāre not welcoming or friendly. Terrible management and itās messy. Although the store itself has great products.

I was there several days ago at opening and I can safely say that this Ross location is by far the dirtiest store I have ever been in. There were more clothes on the floor than hanging on the racks. People had left worn shoes on the floor that had obviously been stolen and worn out shoes that were stolen. Basically, the store had never been recovered from the evening before. As Ross is part of large organization - I suggest you find different management. I will never shop another Ross store ever again.

Very clean store with an abundance of inventory. A nice salesperson only downside was today not enough help for the long lines. I didn't mind though because she was friendly

Horrible customer service. I wanted to try on some clothes and the older lady working back there was rude and obnoxious to absolutely everyone. She barely spoke and was extremely hateful . Then I got to the checkout and was greeted with the same type of person. I come from the customer service industry, and I can tell you that if anyone acted like that in my business they would be fired on the spot. The lady at the dressing room rudely pointed to where she wanted me to hang my items then she rudely pointed to the sign saying you could only have eight, and then told me I needed to park my car and I could only take 8 which I continued to do and place the other two items in the cart and then she snapped at me and said take them all with you but you are hanging them up. And that's only a small portion of her rudeness. I watched her as she worked with other people and she treated them all the same. Everyone was looking at each other like what in the world could be wrong with this human being.
I checked out on register number one with associate number 2210201 at 1:15 p.m. I'm sure it wouldn't be hard to find out who was working the dressing rooms at that time. Terrible horrible people! I would have tried on more clothing and purchased more but I did not want to be treated like trash after the first time.

Makenzie was too busy standing around talking smack on her managers coworkers and customers to greet or even look at the customers, blindly reaching around while looking at 2 other employees who are just standing around the front of the store 06/20/2024 at 12:28 pm the lack of professionalism, the disrespectful things coming out of her mouth about someoneās body, I was so livid I couldnāt even look at her.
