This is a great nail salon, and I’m a pretty picky person when it comes to my nails because it’s not cheap and I want them to look good. All of the techs are always very friendly and the music they play is fun. I also appreciate that they are transparent when things cost extra and they don’t try to trick you into different services. They do a great job with your nails as well. This is my new go to place and I’m happy to give them the business!

I cannot emphasize the quality and attention to detail of Ritz Nails enough! They are always so professional and build relationships with all of their clients. I highly recommend Ly and Yang, especially if you are interested in unique or complex designs. I truly believe they are the best nail salon in the KC metro area!

Was in town visiting my cousin and had a bad experience. I called around 920ish and spoke to Ly. She said we were set on our reservation but when I called the salon to change my moms pedi apt to a mani, they couldn’t find my reservation in their system even though I received a txt confirmation. I was on the phone w their receptionist for over 15 min while they figured it out. Very poorly managed and I was frustrated. Decided to take my business elsewhere.

I went for a dip manicure. I sat down and the nail tech came back with a HOT ACETONE bath to soak off, sticking my entire finger into the bowl. I personally, hate this method. All I can feel is acetone being soaked into my skin. It also took her an exceptionally long time to do my nails and not because it was a difficult job but because she kept missing spots, reapplying and filing. At one point, she filed my skin down which was not enjoyable. The dip ended up being thicker than I think it should have been. Overall, I would recommend that you look elsewhere for dip nails.
