Every single employee I interacted with was amazing. The technician, manager and receptionist were helpful and went out of their way to do everything they could to make the experience wonderful. I really appreciated the way they helped navigate the insurance company and they also communicated regularly with me on the repair of the vehicle. I can’t recommend them enough.

My car was brought to this place for a paint job. It sat on their lot for a week, and they never touched it. It was dropped off on a Monday and my car was stolen out of their lot on Friday. They said my car was stolen at 6amish and they didn't call to tell me till 4:30pm. My car was being painted at their expense so the whole thing seems like an inside job. When I asked the manager to make it right, after my car was deemed a total loss. He told me, "This is no different than your car being stolen from Walmart or Target, they aren't going to pay you for it." Like WHAT????? I gave this place my KEYS and trusted them with my vehicle and they acted like it wasn't their fault or responsibility AT ALL. I will make sure I tell everyone not to go to this shady place.

Jamie was incredible to work with and made the whole process quick and thorough in assessing the damage to my vehicle as well as contacting the insurance company. I have used Reed on various occasions for service and body work.

My car was rear ended and had some pretty bad damage to the bumper and frame. Just got it back and looks and feels good as new. Super happy with the work they did.

I took my car here for some repairs and my sunroof was messed up & off track when I received it back, & my battery had something loose on it causing my car not to start. I wish I would’ve read the other bad reviews, when I called for them to fix the issue they caused I was told that I would get called to schedule an appointment that I may or may not have to pay for, which they never called. I wouldn’t take your car here unless you want to come out with more issues than it came in with, and pay more money. It’s sad they mess up cars and don’t take accountability or even follow up.

I was referred to bring my Jeep to Reed from the dealership I bought my car from. They did an excellent job at repairing my vehicle. I can't tell it's been hit . The staff was wonder and kept me inform as to what was going on with the repairs.

The manager Collin is the only reason I decided to give this a 3 star review. If not for him this would easily be a 1. My car also looks beautiful again.Firstly, communication here is a problem. Cars are most of our only forms of transportation. I rely on this to have a job. So knowing details and estimated dates are necessary. I made every call to communicate and get updates, all but one of the calls made to me were return calls.Secondly, during these calls prior to Collin, I received no actual answer. Instead it felt I was being spoken down to and told stories. On simple questions, like what date were parts ordered!!I took my car in on 11/13, by 11/29 parts were finally ordered and my new estimate to my insurance was made. This is a week and a half of my car sitting and waiting. I was told these parts would be ordered and further damaged assessed upon arrival. I finally received my car back on 12/19. The estimate was 3 weeks and it ended up being almost 5 in a half weeks. I understand things happen but again, I had no communication.Use my experience to make your own decisions on what you think is best for you.

The guy that answers the phone is extremely rude. I would not recommend this place to anybody. This is a State Farm service first place and I will be reporting them to State Farm as well. They condemn you for having an older vehicles. Don’t even want to deal with it. Very judgmental. And the guy sounds like he is from another country possibly or knows another language. Do not use them.

They did an amazing job on my Chevy! I hit a coyote and messed up the drivers side. The got it done as quick as possible! The staff were amazing and very helpful!
