Ordered flowers for delivery for an anniversary. I sadly should have read the reviews of this place beforehand. Flowers did not show up on the desired day. No updates at all to the status of my order. Poor service.

There is no sign to even let you know where this place is. The girl I spoke to on the phone was rude, and the girl with glasses who helped me inside the store was rude. The reviews for this place speak for themselves I guess.

They lie to you. 2 people work in the shop Don(ex-employee of Walmart customer service or greeter) Answers your phone calls and lies about the owner not being there, they gossip about you after she hangs up the phone. What you want on your card with the flowers they gossip about and read out loud. I worked for Christy uncertified florist for almost 3 years. Watch how disrespectful they are to people. Short your pay and expect you to drive liberty and bucyrus with nothing in between. No incentives. My last check she shorted wasn't the first time , didn't get it until 4 days after payday and took it to the bank and they wouldn't cash it. No apologies nothing. I sit in the shop for an hour and half until she got done making flowers to get this check. No communication at all and shitty service. Flowers die in a couple of days. I can't believe FTD has anything to do with them. The only thing positive she paid under the table , which is very bad for her. I was texting her to prove to her on the flowers I delivered, she blocks me. Can't handle pressure runs . Not a recommended place to go run while you can.

My boyfriend had placed an order to be delivered to me on my birthday by 2 pm on a friday. At 4:39 that day I got a text from the driver stating that their Jeep couldn't withstand the storm and they would deliver them the next day. I told them that nobody would be there as my office is not open on Saturday and they said they would just take them back to the shop. I told them to make sure they refund the money as well. A refund was never given and the flowers showed up 2 weeks later with no credit of any kind. Will never use this company again!

Ordered flowers for my mother's urn, but a completely different, playful bouquet was delivered to the church. When I called the morning of my mom's funeral, the woman over the phone argued with me that they don't even sell urn sets (?!). It's now going on almost 2 months of me trying to call and email with no response. Can't really imagine a worse experience with a florist, considering the care and service given during such a difficult time.

If I could rate no stars, I would. I ordered through Ava's Flowers online and Ranchview filled the order. The flowers received by my Mother for Mothers Day were NOTHING like the photo on the website....it was a cheap vase with cheap flowers. It is 4 days later and the flowers look horrible. I will post pictures if I have the capability.

Sister sent flowers from out of town. Flowers looked like they grabbed some roses carnations and some berries stuffed in a vase. Vase probably cost more than flowers. NO water in vase! Looks a week old. A bouquet from Hen House would have surpassed. I called and was told they would talk to the driver??? What does the delivery man have to do with it?!! I'm sure my sister called a 800 floral and I have half a mind to call them about this as well. Never heard back from Ranchview. Reading the other reviews I don't think they could care less. Maybe if you are one of their upper Leawood customers lol! Don't waste your money here. Keep it up and with these times you will be out of business. Did I mention same issue a few years back at Christmas??

No stars if possible. My husband sent me a bouquet online and the flowers arrived from Ranchview. I wasn't home to receive them, and if I was I would have sent them right back. They were made with dead roses. That's right, all the roses in the bouquet were dead or a day away from dying (see photos). 2 of them fell apart when I touched them. This is unacceptable! Such a disappointment because I know this was an expensive purchase. Tried calling Ranchview to see if they would make it right and their phone just rang and rang. FTD and 1800Flowers need to stop using this company!! Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere!

Wanted to surprise my daughter for her birthday and called FTD to order Life of the Party bouquet on FTDs website. They selected this business to do the flowers and flowers didn't arrive until 5:30 and on camera it was someone's car....Not even a Florist van. They just sat them on the porch and drove off. The arrangement looked like the leftovers out of their cooler and not even the vase that was pictured on the website. Roses were wilted and filler was daiseys and daiseys were not even pictured on the arrangement I wanted. I was sooo disappointed! I immediately called FTD and they were not able to contact the business that night. I waited until 3 the next day and still had not heard anything so I called FTD again and they got ahold of someone and the owner wanted photos? They knew what it looked like so I told the person at FTD to refund my money which they did immediately!! Ruined my surprise!!

I placed an order online, I then received a call about 30 minutes later from them telling me they are not delivering to business addresses due to the current state of affairs. Totally understandable, however I wish that would have been explained on the website before I ordered and paid. Anyway, she said they would reverse the charge on my card, and that hasn't happened for 2 1/2 weeks now. I've tried calling with no answer and also emailed with no response. I would definitely not recommend now that I am out the 60 some dollars and can't get in contact with anyone there.
