This was our first time visiting and it was a hit with the family. We ordered General Tso's Chicken, Chicken Wings, Orange Chicken, Beef Dumplings, Crab Rangoons, Chicken Fried Rice, and the Fried Wontons. Everything was really tasty. Out of all of the food we got our least favorite was the chicken fried rice; it lacked some flavor in the meat. After adding some soy sauce though, it was good. The Fried Wontons were delicious! We all liked the dumpling sauce with just about everything. The little shop in the store was nice too. My son said he loved the ambiance.

Me and my boyfriend tried this place for lunch after meaning to go there for a while. Everything was amazing from the minute we walked through the door! The restaurant is beautifully decorated and you’re able to buy decor which we thought was fun. The same lady took our order at the register and brought us our food which was delicious. Everything tasted homemade from scratch the lamb dumplings and chicken friend rice are delicious and there’s plenty of condiments for people who want extra spice. I’d recommend anyone try it!

I really appreciate this family owned and operated business. We have been several times and will continue coming. Glad it opened in the area. The atmosphere is super sweet too! And food is obviously lovely.

Dumplings were very good, lo mein was excellent. Atmosphere was fine. They did have some art and small furniture in the front quarter of the story. Overall it was good food and a clean environment. ??

Been wanting to try this place for a while so I picked up an order on my way home from work today. The inside of the restaurant is a really cool vibe—I def wanna go back to actually eat there. The food smelled so good in the car on the way home that I went ahead and tried some of the sesame shrimp while sitting at a stoplight—let me tell you, it might be my favorite shrimp I’ve ever had. Reminds me of bonefish’s bang bang shrimp but like even better. So yeah, highly recommend.

Food reasonably good but the service was terrible. My entire meal came out at once: soup, main course, while my friend had to wait 15 minutes for his meal. And my food was placed on the center of the table with no questions about who it belonged to or orientation as to what type of dumplings it was so we could tell who it was for. As i ate my soup the dumplings got cold and my friend had nothing. i shared my lunch with him until his came. when i got to my dumplings and my friend got his meal, they were no longer hot. The tip goes in when you order and pay at the beginning and it was not worth the $ i paid for tip as i had to place my order myself on a screen and chase someone down for questions about the menu, i had to get my own table service.

My kid is obsessed with dumplings so I knew we had to try Rakar Dumpling house. We weren't disappointed! I loved being able to make the dumpling sauce as spicy as I wanted and the dumplings were very good! We had the beef, pork, and shrimp. Will be back for sure!

What a lovely lunch we had earlier at Rakar Dumpling House. You walk in to a peacefully decorated restaurant to be greeted by a friendly host. There is a self order area to order, then when it’s ready they will bring your order to your table. The menu has a little bit of everything. We each got one of the lunches that they offer. I had orange chicken, which was probably the best I’ve ever had. It came with a wonton and rice. My son had the chicken low mein, which he thoroughly enjoyed. Of course we also had an order of pork dumplings. They were hot, juicy and delicious. If you are looking for some really authentic cuisine, I highly recommend Rakar for an excellent meal experience.

Noodle and dumpling dishes, soups in a relaxing atmosphere with a waterfall. Also furniture and decor for sale. You can order at a kiosk or the counter. I want to return to try the dumpling soup.

Cute little place. Part restaurant, part antique store. Very simple, homey set up with a modern flare. But that’s about where I stop being impressed.Where you order is a self-checkout kiosk, which is fine. But please don’t ask me to tip prior to service. Food was brought out separately from each other. Even our entrées were brought out separately. As for the flavor, it was some of the blandest yet saltiest food I’ve ever had. Lo Mein had zero flavor but the chili oil from the table made it edible. The rice with the General Tso was mushy but somehow not sticky. We also couldn’t tell if it was supposed to be brown rice or over cooked white rice. The main reason of going there was the dumplings, which was also a let down. Super small dumplings for the price you pay with very little flavor. The photos on the kiosk show steamed dumplings and bao buns both came out very fried and crispy.Over all a very disappointing trip that more than likely I just over hyped myself up for.
