I would normally give 5 stars but the king of making pretzels was not in the kitchen, in his absence a burly woman made me a greasy butter drenched undercooked pretzel. Unacceptable the pretzel king would never make such disgusting pretzels. Fire Hagrid give the pretzel king his own franchise.

It is difficult to believe that in this day and age, especially after COVID-19, that any convenient store would have any type of community drink stations. The coffee station at this location does not offer single-serving coffee creamer. Instead, it is a bin of full-size creamer containers, which everyone puts their unclean hands on and returns it to the bin for the next person with clean hands to grab and use. I shall go elsewhere for my coffee.

Everything was clean and organized however the staff stood at the desk for 10 minutes talking while I was trying to get gas.

Girl didn't know how to see what lottery game the ticket was and she had difficulty scanning winners and as the line got longer she told everone it was my fault because I had 2 tickets that wouldn't scan instead of using good customer service w/o insulting current customer...I wasn't in a hurry as she knew because I let 4 customers go ahead of me, so to be blamed for machine issues &/or her lack of knowledge was insulting.

Friendly service and the store is always clean. I get the corn dogs on the rollers, and the raspberry sweet tea is delicious.
