I have always had veins that are hard to find for blood draws. After having multiple failed attempts at my doctor's office over the years, I found that Quest was able to find my veins quickly and painlessly. However, the last few times I have gone to this location, I was treated horribly because they couldn't find my veins. If you see Ron, then run. The first time I saw him, he was bragging about how he was the best for those who are hard sticks, but he then proceeded to lecture me about my pre existing conditions and try to tell me what medications and supplements I should be taking though I never asked and was only there for labs. Then he proceeded to not be able to find my veins and have to get someone else to do it. A couple of weeks ago, I went to this location again bc he was the only bad experience I had had until then. However, the tech I did see said she couldn't find a good vein and sent me to him. I didn't love that but decided to give him a chance. He then told me that I should have had more water to drink and that I didn't dress warmly enough bc if I had it would be easier to find a vein etc. I had enough and said I would come back another day. The next week, I had a ton of water to drink and even had 32 ounces of water in the 2 hours before I came in. The same tech said she couldn't find anything and sent me to Ron. He said the same things to me. He put a warmer on my hand and lectured me about water and warm clothes and I informed him I had done both (obviously I can't wear gloves or long sleeves while I'm actually getting the blood draw so I'm not sure what he wanted from me). He then stuck my hand without using the tourniquet first and dug around making disapproving noises. Eventually, he removed the needle and said he would try again. I told him no and he went on to repeat his tired advice which I had already followed. How is it that all of the sudden no one here can find a vein? I know I'm a hard stick but I'm hydrated and the veins are in there. I told him that I was tired of being treated like I had done something wrong even when I did everything they said and I can't help that this is how my veins are. Not sure how someone whose job is to draw blood can be so bad at it.

My car was broken into and gloves, toothbrush stolen and water dumped on my passenger seat while service rejected and I was accused of being rude and talking back to the sample collector here. This is indicative of illicit sample collection, auto burglary, and extortion of nolo contendere contracting by county services. I am saddened by the dishonest and punitively non-discretionary choices of all parties here. Referred by Mercy and Truth, Shawnee Clinic 11644 West 75th St. Suite #103 Shawnee KS 66214

I recently came here to get my blood drawn (had previously scheduled an appointment but they do take walk-ins) and was in and out in about 15 minutes. The check in process was done via self kiosk and was pretty self-explanatory, so even those who are not tech-savvy should have no problem figuring out how to check in and scan their ID/insurance card.I tend to get nervous around needles, but the technician who drew my blood made me feel super at ease and she did it so fast I didn’t even have time to get nervous. I had a great experience here and will definitely come back the next time I need blood work!

Super quick and efficient! I arrived for my 10:00 appointment at 9:56 and I was walking out completely finished with my tests by 10:02. Staff were super friendly. Great experience.

I'm really disappointed in the level of service at this Quest location. I just needed to drop off a self-collection sample, but this was a major hassle. Even though there were only 2 people in the waiting room and a cancellation, the staff spent 5 minutes explaining to me why they couldn't take my sample and that I needed to come back 2 hours later for an appointment. There were three staff and all of them were chatting with each other in the back. Dealing with Quest is always a major hassle. Now I have to drive back across town, wait 2 hours, and waste additional time with them.

Super busy when I got there without an appointment but I was able to schedule one for a couple hours later and run some errands. When I got back, I was in and out in 20 minutes. The staff member who took my blood was kind, quick and fun to talk to while she got my things ready. Rarely leave reviews for this type of thing, but quest locations kind of all have low ratings so I wanted to share my good experience with this particular branch.

I dont know whats going on in the back, but I do not recommend coming here for any tests. I set an appointment for 12:00 p.m. and I was greeted by the doctor so I thought it was just going to be about a 30 minute process and I'm out. The doctor disappeared for about 2 hours came back and then I got dropped out of the queue and everyone else who walked in got to go ahead of me. Very disappointed with the service

I was directed here from another location because they didn't have the test required by my employer. After waiting for over 2 hours beyond my appt time with a full bladder, the staff was extremely rude when simply trying to confirm if they had the test required. They refused to give me any information or help me in any way. After 2 hours, I've been more than patient. Who ever is running this place should take a serious look at their staff and how this place is operated.

Excellent experience- very personable and efficient.. will definitely visit this location anytime I need bloodwork done. They caught a paperwork error my doctor made when requesting it and he quickly fixed it, drew my blood, and had me on my way. Couldn’t be more thankful to him!!

I was a little impatient because I had to pee so bad but they were still nice. The surrounding premises and parking lot are a disaster though

Staff here are very friendly, caring, knowledgeable and professional. They're open slightly later another testing locations. They will assist you professionally through each step of the testing process.

I did a walk-in appointment during normal business hours, and there was no wait. Fast service, quick results, and kind clinician.

I went here some routine blood tests. Been going here for years. A new phlebotomist, Frieda (?) was immediately frustrated because she couldn't find my doctor and her system and insisted the name of the clinic was wrong. I told her I've had the same doc and clinic for years so I don't know what she can do. She left and someone else helped her figure it out. Then, after her trying to enter the blood order into her computer to 30minutes (usually my appts are under 10 mins in and out) I asked if this was going ti be much longer because I had another appointment I needed to get to. She immediately raised her voice and said do you want you papers/order back. I said I guess so. She handed them ti me when I took them she went off on how rude I am. I said this is the worst customer service ever. She then screamed at me that I am the worst patient ever. The woman clearly is unstable.

Easy. Set your appointment up in advance. In and out. Couldn't have been easier.

Sandy is an amazing phlebotomist and very friendly! I had an appointment and was in and out in no time at all.
