I went to this price chopper because it was close to where I was currently at. I only bought 5 items, and the gentleman Sacker did not pack my pasta. I called in, and the manager was unwilling to help to look for the bag at the register. She told me just to go get the item again. I was frustrated because I had my son, who is less than 2, already in his car seat.
There is no customer service at this store, no greeting at regester, and the manager proceeded to tell me she is busy and its not customer service to check the register and bring the item to you.
Really, if I was that sacker and noticed I didn't give their pasta, I would have run out store to give it to them, not disappear

Absolutely the worst deli! 5 o'clock dinner time, no chicken, waited 10 minutes went back no gravy, said "I can go make some, it will be 10 minutes". The Mac and cheese looked so dried out like it had been there all day. The veggies were equally disgusting.

Went shopping Friday like I always do at this Price chopper brought chicken today I decided to cook my chicken when I open the pack of chicken it was a dead fly stuck to the chicken?????? I tried to upload the picture to show but it wouldn't let me I might have to reconsider where I shop for my meat now I tried calling up there to talk to somebody they put me on hold and never came back to the phone

To whoever manages the store,
You have customers who have served our country and who experience various types of PTSD. Making your employees stand near the floral section is not a great decision because you never know the reaction someone might have when an employee stands behind them. This can be dangerous for your employees. It was fine before when they were stationed at the front by customer service.
I called to share my opinion, and the first person I spoke to was understanding. However, the second person who answered the call was defensive and didn’t want to listen. If she can’t handle basic, soft-confrontational conversations, maybe she needs to be on the floor instead.
Additionally, if the employee wasn’t present for the first three checkouts, why show up suddenly when I’m about to check out? I hope you understand my concern.
I understand everyone is just doing their job, but this was a poor decision. You really need to consider those who struggle with PTSD.

EXPENSIVE … Priced as if I’m shopping at Sprouts 2 bell peppers for $5 !!!! WTH … $6.99 for a jar of sun dried tomatoes !!! I mean come on …the store isn’t even all that nice …. I’ll go to Walmart n Aldi before ever coming here…
everybody needs to STOP SHOPPING here… drive them out of business n get a legit good grocery store here !!! I don’t even really like krogers that much but atleast they don’t price gouge my eyes out !!!

I had the pleasure of meeting Rusty at Price Chopper, and I must say, he went above and beyond to assist me! I was clueless about bananas, particularly how to ripen them quickly. Rusty patiently explained the entire process, sharing tips and tricks that were incredibly helpful. His knowledge and enthusiasm were truly impressive. Price Chopper is fortunate to have such a dedicated and knowledgeable employee. Thank you, Rusty, for your exceptional service, something you don’t get to experience often in this day and age!

Walking in its kinda awkward, went in where people were checking out... the store is clean and seemed to be very quiet too me....however I could get use to it?

I have been with this Pharmacy for over 20 years and I am sad to say that I now have to leave because I was told they would not fill a prescription of mine that changed from Dec 29th being a non preferred drug to a tier 3 drug with a 3 month supply costing me $25 with my current insurance. The Pharmacist told me they would not fill the prescription because they would loose money on it. After more than 20 years of profit on my prescriptions, they will now loose me and my family because my insurance changed to my benefit and they do not want my business. Very sad that I have to find another Pharmacy, but I guess I have to make the same decision they have made. They do not want to fill one of my prescriptions but still want the other 7 prescriptions. I tried to address this with management with no response. The staff has always been friendly and helpful, and I will miss them.
