I recently had my 2006 Volvo V70 serviced by Premier Volvo and they provided excellent service. Andre and the entire service team went above and beyond in making sure everything was taken care of. I cannot thank them enough for all their help and support to make sure my car is back on the road. I will definitely take my older car to them again for services needed. GOLD star to Andre for staying in touch with me on the status of the repair and associated costs.

I recently had a disappointing experience at the Volvo service center in Overland Park. The service was subpar, with poor communication and delays that left me frustrated. In contrast, the service at the Volvo center in Wichita has always been exceptional, with a much more professional and efficient approach. I highly recommend making the extra drive to Wichita for anyone looking for reliable and top-notch service for their Volvo

We recently shopped at Premier Volvo for the first time. We knew practically nothing about Volvos, but wanted a plug-in hybrid SUV with an EV range over 30 miles. We were extremely pleased with our experience there and bought an XC60 Recharge we absolutely love! Every staff person we encountered was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We highly recommend Premier Volvo!

I have had a Volvo for 12 years. Used the service when a dealership on 103rd. Felt like a valued customer with such professional people there. Since this is the only service option now I have been going here. Seems like they get the job done and that is it. This has been over and over. Grease on the door. Don’t reset the check the light soon. Attitude is “that’s the way it is”I love my Volvo but will not buy another one with this being only service option in town for Volvo

I've consistently found the Volvo car service in Kansas City to be unsatisfactory. Each visit has left me with unresolved issues or concerns that were not addressed to the standards I expected. Because of these ongoing challenges, I've resorted to traveling to either St. Louis or Wichita for my car servicing needs. The service at these locations has proven to be far superior, offering the thorough attention and professional care I expect for my vehicle with lesser Price

My daughter’s Volvo was having problems with door latches and power to the back door. The two of you went above and beyond to get the problems fixed. I was able to get the car in first thing this morning and you all went right to work on it. Thank you again and we will be back again. :)

I had a very disappointing experience . The prices were significantly higher than other dealerships I visited in another city and the customer service was terrible. I felt rushed and pressured into making a decision, and the staff seemed uninterested in answering my questions or providing clear information about the vehicles and financing options. Additionally, despite having an appointment, I had to wait over an hour to be attended to. Overall, the lack of transparency and respect for customers' time and concerns was unacceptable. I would not recommend this dealership to others.

Drove my car in after work with no appointment.
Hector helped me immediately and scheduled a service visit and ordered a part that is under warranty. I was very happy with the prompt attention I received.
