I've always gotten top-notch service at this salon. The owner, Johnny, and the stylists are very attentive and caring. Jennifer is a real sweetheart.

Excellent service, nail techs know their skills, and Johnny is a great manager at this astablishment.

Stylist: My stylist of nine years is Jennifer Nguyen, she is very creative and knowledgeable of her craft. Very beautiful inside and out. She listens to her clients and I recommend her highly. Awesome job Jen!

Everyone at Polished is so so sweet and does a great job. I always see Lala, and she is INCREDIBLE. She is so creative and my nails always look amazing. When I first started seeing her, my nails were short and thin but she has helped me get them healthy and beautiful again!! She also is so funny and great to chat with, so my appointments with her are always enjoyable. Thank you Lala!!!

Polished nails is on of Overland Park’s best and cleanest nail salons, I love going to polished nails because of one of the techs named Jennifer! Jennifer is very talented and makes your nails beautiful! I always get compliments on my nails.

Polished Nails & Wax is the best nail place I have been to in OP! Customer service is top notch and they are always super friendly. They offer water bottles and other drinks as well as an occasional sweet treat for their guests. They are staffed so that there never seems to be a wait, tons of colors and designs to choose from and the massage chairs are really nice too! It’s much bigger than it looks so they can accommodate larger groups and they have these adorable mini pedicure chairs for my girls. I always see Tammy and can’t recommend her enough! She is professional, kind, does a wonderful job and is happy to accommodate my requests or help me decide on a color. Overall a great place to feel pampered!
Cleanliness: The spa is super clean! Each stylist has their own pedicure kit so you can trust they take care of their equipment.

I decided very last minute to treat myself and get my nails done but was doubtful that anyone would be able to get me in the day of. Fortunately, my wonderful nana recommended that I visit the amazing nail tech named Lala at Polished Nails and Wax. Within 30 minutes I was fit in for a gel mani and pedi! Lala was patient, very thorough/detailed, and had the most amazing attitude. I enjoyed our conversation and felt very heard through the entire process. Additionally, the space was very cleanly and calming. I absolutely LOVE my nails and will definitely be coming back!

Polished Nails is my favorite nail salon. Everyone is very friendly and it is such a fun atmosphere. I highly suggest their services! Lala is the best nail technician .

Be careful about choosing your pedicure, they will upgrade you without your knowledge. I specifically asked for the $40 pedicure and walked out of there $80 later with a messy pedicure. I won’t go back.

went in for a full set of acrylics, one nail was cut down to the ball on my figure the other was almost a half inch longer, no two nails were the same length. I was cut twice, no alcohol or anything applied, no disinfective. So do your self a favor stay away from this place, they have untrained nail technicians. wish I could give minus stars.
