Attitude of staff very unresponsive
Hey Bob, I see why your staff failed at customer service. Maybe instead of blaming your customers for poor staff training, you could use that energy to emphasize the importance of customer service to your staff.
I don't leave very many bad reviews, but I do leave honest ones.

Response to Bob: I think I know the difference between new and used. It’s pretty obvious Bob.. you should also probably go look at Walmart yourself to see what their equipment and prices are before you make yourself look like a fool online. I bought a glove from your store that was easily 15+ years old. Assuming at the time that gloves had just gone up in price drastically since I hadn’t played in awhile. Imagine my surprise to see that the new gloves without years of use and someone else’s sweat and skin were the same price at Walmart. This review is to help others take the time to look elsewhere first so they don’t make the same mistake I did, Bob.. but thank you for admitting that your store doesn’t compete in price. Maybe you should put that on your front door? Bet that would go over well. And no you don’t do returns. You do store credit, which is not the same thing as it forces us to buy something else overpriced in your store.
Original post: Don’t come here if you’re looking for a used bargain. Walmart has many of the exact same items for cheaper or the same price. I bought a dumbbell set here only to realize that the same set (but brand new), was 25% cheaper at Walmart. Their baseball equipment is also overpriced. Especially for used gear. Real head scratcher .. and you can’t return used items. Surprise surprise.

The owner is completely rude. My son forgot his debit card there when he went in looking for discs. He didn’t even buy anything but must have set it down somewhere. He was embarrassed to go back to ask about it because his card is hard to connect to him since it is so faded you cannot read his name or the card #.
He went back less than one hour after he left and asked the desk for it. The owner threw the card at my son, hit him in the face and then said “guess that’s why you wear glasses so you don’t get hit with the card”. Unacceptable, uncalled for and the worst and rudest way to treat a (former) customer. You don’t have to be nice, but you don’t have to get my families hard earned money either. Stay away from this place unless you enjoy being belittled.

My son accidentally left his debit card at the store today. He went back in to the store and the owner threw my sons card at him and hit him in the face (glasses). My son was obviously embarrassed and the owner just laughed and made a snide remark. Total jerk!!!

Deals arent what they used to be. Charging 90% plus of msrp. Used to be a place to pick up disc golf stuff cheap but i can buy all those new for less direct from the company. No cycling stuff at ALL. store is 75% baseball and softball now.

I was frustrated with this store last year after they told me one price when I was trying to sell them a fitness bar and then changed it after 2 employees talked. I always say you give the customer the original price even if it was a mistake. I vowed I would never go back however I did go back today and sold them some dumbbells and they gave me a very price. I would go back and as I was walking the store they had some nice equipment!
