Great staff. Great atmosphere. Staff always willing to help or to figure out a solution to problems. Equipment is good. Wish it was 24 hours and there were some more machines but other than that, I can’t complain. Very clean and put together. Great to gym workout in.

This gym offers a solid facility for the affordable price of $10. The equipment and workout areas are in good condition, and the atmosphere is friendly with approachable staff and members. However, it tends to get overcrowded, especially on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, particularly around the weight and 360 warm-up areas. Additionally, the cancellation policy is inconvenient, requiring members to physically visit the location or send a mail to enable a simple feature like online cancellation.

Cancellation process was far more difficult that it needed to be. First, the process depends on the club (took me a while to figure that out). Second, you have to go there to cancel or mail in a cancellation. Wow. Yet of course, you can easily sign up for a membership online. I was considering re-joining later this year. That won't be happening, ever.

I love Planet Fitness but they don't let you join without a routing number to your bank account. Which most of us don't do. Won't take credit cards so that's why I'm giving it 1 star. Otherwise it would be a 5

Pretty good place. Good Staff and clean environment. Hope they change timings on weekends (till 9pm at least).
