Customer service is an absolute JOKE. Have been trying to get ahold of someone for weeks regarding a bill I shouldn't have (they forged a signature that wasn't mine on a document and tried sending me a bill) . I've called my home store, called their customer service line multiple times, emailed multiple times and even tried messaging on Facebook. An absolute joke of a company.

Ive been going here for bout 2 years and the same 2 girls work in am … like there paid to lay on the counter , play on there phones and it makes you wonder where your membership money goes … Would be understandable if you wasn’t trying to find paper towels and spray to do what’s asked of us , horrible work ethic those 2 have… 93 and Overland Park location … THOSE 2 are lazy …

It's a nice gym but very small. Don't even bother if you're trying to get in during lunch or right after work. You'll spend all your time just waiting for equipment to open up. 95th and Quivira is one of the busiest parts of town, yet they put the smallest PF fitness location there. I usually leave with frustration after a partial workout.

If you open at 5 am, your doors should be open at 5. I know it’s only $10 but it’s pretty dang frustrating when I take my pre workout, get dressed and ready and drive to the gym this early in the morning just for the gym to not be open. That makes it 100% not worth the the $10… not hard to get to work on time.** Update, I sat here until 5:35am on 3/22 and the gym was never opened.
