Was a decent visit, more than likely will not go back. Very expensive even with the recommended pet insurance. The vet and assistant were very kind and my fur babies loved them. Felt they were a little pushy about getting certain things done. Front desk also seems to be a little bit of a mess and disorganized.

I have always had a great experience at PetWorks. All the vets are so fabulous and patient with my reactive dogs while we work on training while visiting them. They are very attentive and always answer all my questions. Would highly recommend Petworks.

We had to put our 16-year old Yorkie Poo to sleep as she was experiencing seizures and falling. Petworks was absolutely wonderful as always. The staff and Dr. Ritchie were emphatic, professional, and explained everything that was happening. It was a sad day but one that was made much easier by the people at Petworks.

We took our long- haired orange tabby to have a "pamper" and grooming session. They did a really nice job with her even giving her a new hairstyle of our choice. It couldn't have been easy because of the mats that she had. We appreciate that they checked with us as they went along. Gizzy was very happy with the grooming as she could move more easily without the mats. We appreciate that they asked questions and listened to what we wanted. We trust them?

Just went to pick up meds. As usual, very courteous staff . Although Kasey was on the phone, she acknowledged me and very professionally completed the calls with other clients then immediately helped me. Would not go anywhere else!
