I have left a 5 star review for here for years. Until today. I will never return to Petco. I arrived at 8:50 for a 9am grooming appt. No one in grooming, another employee called them & said the groomer was late but she would take my dog back after waiting on the 2 customers in line. I said fine & continued to wait another 15 minutes while watching two other employees wandered the store & check out more people. At 9:20 I just left the store & gave up.

The staff is always helpful and nice. Unlike other petco stores, they will take the time to help you out, even if that means calling corporate to set things straight.

Grooming quality was excellent however it took 6-7 hours from appointed time to complete service due to staffing. There was no communication on the delay upon checkin or after. Mostly frustrated at the idea of the dog unnecessarily sitting in a kennel for 3-4 hours. Would have rescheduled her. Furthermore they said there were no notes on desired services even though notes were posted through the app.

We have tons of animals. We have 3 dogs and a lot of cats. Often I have to go to many different stores just to get enough food for the week. Our cats are particular and they like only a specific type of food. I noticed that another reviewer had an issue with an employee named, "Drake". We also went to this particular Petco and had an crass encounter with Drake. Unfortunately for our animals, we will NEVER return to this store. It is a shame because we have had a few really decent people at this store. But the bad by far out way the good employees. I will not go here again, and I am also considering not going to another Petco. I've had to work with Drake on a couple of occasions, and it's just not worth it. This last time has left a bad taste in my mouth. He is rude and entitled.

I have been here a couple of times. This last time I was rung up by Drake. He was rude and very difficult to work with. I will absolutely not go to THIS petco again. After working with this individual, I'm actually considering staying away from all petcos. He over charged me. I actually asked for a manager who was quick but professional. I am realizing that customer service is a thing of the past. I am shopping for another pet store who might charge a little more but has actual customer service.

We had our dog groomed by Erin today.
She was so professional and a perfectionist. We will definitely return for our grooming apts. Everyone else there were very friendly.

Some of the staff might have undiagnosed seasonal depression or they just really suck at customer service.

We love to take our dogs here!! Lizzy is amazing with our kids!! She really does an amazing job, super professional, super communicative with us and our dogs!!! Bailey and Gunner love her and we do too !!! This is our spot to bring our dogs thanks to her!!! Thank you guys

The young man who brought me my order was so nice & friendly, I didn't want to leave when I saw the 6 little ferrets. If I'd had the money, I would have taken all of them & brought them home! This is the best Petco yet!
