The staff is always helpful and nice. Unlike other petco stores, they will take the time to help you out, even if that means calling corporate to set things straight.

We had our dog groomed by Erin today. She was so professional and a perfectionist. We will definitely return for our grooming apts. Everyone else there were very friendly.
