Don't even waste your time going to the store. The employees leave pallets all over the place, they have no stock of anything and it smells terrible inside, the store couldn't be more rundown!

If I could give this location zero stars I definitely would! Horrible service and management ( I believe her name is kristy). Store is dirty and not very well taken care of.

Been shopping at this store for years...not anymore! This is the most unorganized store! Very limited inventory...shelves are empty throughout the store. Ask for help to find certain items...answer: did you check the pallets? Are you kidding me there is about 10 pallets Shrink wrapped throughout the store!!!! Maybe they should put the inventory on the shelves...what a concept!!! Store is dirty!! Oh yeah..ask to talk to the manager...of course she isn’t available. Ca

Above and beyond. Kristy (sp?) the manager is awesome. My sweet old dog, Cadi, died over the weekend. We are heartbroken. We had just paid a ton of money food for the month, and also a ton of money in vet bills. We're sad, and now money is a little tight. Not the best combo. Kristie really helped us out. We're so, SO appreciative.

I went in to buy some puppy shampoo. The total was around $12 I have 7.90 on my card thinking it would go negative. Instead it charged me for the 7.90 and they asked my for the remaining $$$ which I didn't have at the time. Instead of voiding the transaction they told me there was nothing they could do for me and that they would call corporate and get my my 7.90 back. Few days later... nothing. So I called and they said they would talk to the employee that was working that morning and they asked for my name and phone # and assured me I would get my money. Still haven't gotten it. Called again today and the rude employee just gave me a phone number and hung up in the middle of me saying thank you so much. Do not go to this petco they are rude.

My daughter was just in there to get our dogs nails trimmed. He is very old and hasn't been to the vet in a couple years but is up to date on shots. My teenager didn't have those records with her. The have set Hispanic female working in the grooming department just said to her "it's cheaper to get his shots than to have us cut his head off when he bites one of us"

Paid over $50 for a groom and flea treatment. They did not put the flea treatment on. Called me to notify me but I have not been able to go back and get it. You guys are pretty expensive so I decided to take my pup somewhere else but you won't give my money back for the flea treatment I did not receive because it was back in May? They even had it in the notes that they forgot to do it. I don't see how it's my responsibility to come back and get it when you forgot it. And now I'm out the money and the treatment.

You're staff are amazing at this location. Super friendly to Marco the puppers, who is a shelter rescue I take on furlough. It was the highlight of his day (and mine to break from his destruction) he just loves people, visited with the ferrets and mice, and dragged me down every isle.

i got my pet rabbit, Eva here and she’s the sweetest and most gentle thing i’ve ever met. super well behaved and the place is so clean, from the front of the store all the way to the adoption center. absolutely wonderful staff and super helpful and intelligent. i DO suggest coming here for all of your pet related needs.

I came in with my kids to get some aquarium supplies and pick out a couple new fish, and I was shocked at what I saw in the fish tanks. Almost every single tank of the dozens of different tanks had many dead and sick fish in them. Some of the fish had clearly been dead for quite some time and left in the tank for many days, partially decomposing and being eaten by other fish. The employees must really not care when these fish die, since they just leave the carcasses to decompose in the fish tanks. I bought a couple aquarium supply items, and then left quickly before my kids noticed all the dead fish. I won't be back to support this store in this condition.

This petco is a little tucked back from the main road. The store itself could be updated. Inside it is very clean and organized. I love that they have the Merrick brand. The staff is very helpful and quick. The wait in line is never long if there even is a line.

If I could give negative stars I would. as soon as I left, my dog peed on the floor. She clearly hadn't been taken out in 5 hours!!! They not only cut my 13 year old dog in two places (shoulder blade and foot) but cut all her hair off without my consent. Groomer (Cassie) told me they updated the notes in the system to let the next groomer know she had moles on her body in two specific places and to not cut them off (like she did) but when I asked to see the notes all of a sudden she remembered she hadn't put them in the system yet. She looks terrible, they cut off her ears and only left This weird poof on her head and tail

UPDATE: I reached out to them with my concern as they suggested and that was an even worse idea! We are now pretty much blacklisted from all Petcos now because we calmly voiced our concern. On the phone they were very defensive and I let them know I (used to) love Petco and would be back (now I defiantly will not and wouldn't recommend it to anyone). Don't risk your precious pets lives at this Petco!
