“Great prices and quick shipping! They even sent a free gift! Only thing I didn't get with my order was the pump dispenser that should and said came with my order. I would have given 5 stars if that was in the box with my stuff. That was the reason I chose to order from this company because it was the only one that offered the pump dispenser with the product! So I was disappointed that they didn't include it.”

“We are so happy we found puppy’s playpen for grooming! We have tried a couple places and this spot did the best with the teddy bear haircut. Our groomer was Jessica and she was INCREDIBLE! She groomed our goldendoodle exactly how we wanted it and love how fluffy he was after grooming.
We asked for 1/2 inch all around and rounded face with short rounded ears!
I love that they have options for grooming during the weekends because it is the only time we can drop our dog off ?
If you are looking for a groomer this is the spot to go! Staff is super friendly and they do an amazing job☺️”
“They sell puppies that are super cute. They are really expensive though. They said the puppies are from $2k to $6k. They sell puppies from breeders. Went there for a very common joint supplement but they didn't have it. Alot of the stuff they sold was very expensive in my opinion.”
“Excellent attention from all staff towards pets. Several times I have left my dogs for several days here and they always return perfectly healthy. It is also very good that there are cameras in the place from which you can monitor your pet's activity. In addition, the entry requirements for pets are adequate to ensure that they are vaccinated and thus avoid the spread of diseases or parasites. It is the trusted daycare for my pets.”

“*update 12/24... I saw a negative review on here saying things like the puppies are from puppy mills & are being sold as purebred puppies which is untrue & unfair. All you have to do is talk to the employees to find out more info. 99.9% of people know doodle or pomapoo is a mix bred puppy. L. O. P. isn't trying to deceive anyone. They offer very cute, healthy, mostly non shedding types of puppies for the locals. It isn't like you can go to a shelter now days & find basically anything except pitbulls so it's good there's a store offering little dogs that have sweet temperaments & again, don't shed.It's a higher end, upscale pet supply store more than anything. The variety of bedding, treats & clothes they offer is wonderful & fun to take a look at!Although a bit pricey, a wonderful pet & supply store with unique finds for dogs & kittehs. Adorable collars & treats. Also insanely adorable puppies! Fun to stop in & snuggle.”

“My experience at Petco on 75th Metcalf in Overland Park Kansas was wonderful. The young lady at the cashier was so welcoming and kind to me and my dog. She lifted the 45 lb. of dog food into my cart because it was difficult for me to do it. She told me about the Halloween toy discounts and was very loving towards my pet dog Chocolate. She even shared a treat with him. If you are looking for a great pet store to get your supplies, don't hesitate to purchase them from Petco.”
“Oh my goodness! We had just come from At Home where one of their sales associates had an attitude which was not called for! Conversely, when we came into your store we were greated warmly and taken great care of. Your sales associate who checked us out showed us other trimmers she had behind the counter for sale and helped us pick out the best option. She went over and above in customer service, kindness and professionalism! I can’t find the receipt, but we purchased an Andis clipper and some fresh cat nip and wheat grass plants as well! She was amazing and you should give her a raise! ??
