Everyone at Oxford has been compassionate and caring. We came in new to the clinic with a very sick cat. Dr. Gaugh explained everything in terms I could understand, offered multiple options for care, and was very honest about everything, including costs and benefits. She clearly explained all instructions, and provided written notes and articles each visit. Even though we did not have the outcome we wanted, I feel we did everything we could, and feel peace knowing that we weighed all our options with enough information.
I also know that everyone on staff truly cares about our kitty while he was there.

Oxford Animal Hospital sometimes I wonder if they are really running test, doing vaccinations, etc. I have been to vets many times. The vet would do all the work in front of me. With that being said- they are only about your money. They are always trying to get more test. More test equals more money. Like taking your car in for a oil change. By time you leave. You have spent $500. How can you trust a place like this. They will also deny medication your dog needs, stating it’s due to vaccines or examines due - that are not required by the state. The state only requires for the most a rabies shot.

We have been going to this vet for almost 10 years - with our first boy who has passed and our current boys. I truly love every vet here. We never have an issue with who we see because they are all amazing. They get us in quickly, see our pups as their own, are so friendly with them and me (nervous dog mom) and are so helpful for everything. We’ve been through it with our one dog, we adopted him and he just had leg removal surgery and heart worms. The process for recovery for both was handled with care. Anytime we go to the ER vet (eating grapes, eating bones) the call the next day and check on them. I really appreciate this vet a lot. They are on the pricey side but they absolutely are worth it for our boys.

Oxford has been caring for a loved ones for many years! They have been accommodating when unexpected visits were needed and always have been a pleasure to work with. Dr Lindsay Franz-Waltsak along with all the other doctors, technicians, and staff are incredible!!

The staff was so caring not just to our puppy after he was injured by car, but do our whole family. They were attentive, caring and explained everything so well. You can tell they know what they are doing and they really care and listen. They checked up on us after hours just to make sure everyone was doing okay. Thank you Oxford for making a traumatic experience more bearable and for taking the best care of our little guy.

Been happy with them. I like that they have a cat only room and we never have to wait in the waiting room with dogs.

Everyone is polite and friendly. My little dog had to have surgery. The surgeon called and explained everything on what was going to happen. Then they called when surgery was done to let me know she was ok. When I picked her up, they gave me instructions for the next couple of weeks.

Oxford has always truly been amazing. They are very fastidious and show genuine care and consideration for not only your beloved pets, but also for you. The facility is extremely clean and well cared for. They have cared for 5 of my dogs over the years and like finding an excellent primary care physician for yourself, finding a vet and facility for our fur babies is equally important! I trust Oxford and they have added incredible longevity to my pets. Each of them has always been excited to go. That should tell you something...

Oxford Animal Hospital has been nothing short of amazing with our two dogs! The vets, techs, and front office staff are kind, knowledgeable and accommodating. Multiple times they have made accommodation to see us on short notice. Very thankful for their continued care of our dogs!

My dog, Cooper, went to Oxford his whole 10 years with me and we always had a great experience. He was very dog aggressive and they made sure he got into a room right away to avoid other friends in the lobby. In his senior years, he developed some medical issues and Dr. Gaugh was so helpful, compassionate, and insightful. She made sure we were on the same page about quality of life and she gave her honest opinion along the way. We moved a few times and still decided to make the drive rather than seeing anyone else. Thank you Dr. Gaugh and Oxford team for treating Cooper and me with care, respect, and compassion even in his final moments. If I wasn’t moving further away, I would definitely continue going here whenever I’m ready for a new pet.
