I got this hello kitty jacket from hot topic and it looked really cute until I looked at it on the way home, and there was a bed bug on it. I think the mall and hot topic are good and all, but definitely check everything you buy extra closely to make sure there’s nothing on it.

Would have been great if not for the harassing kiosk sellers, literally would give you backhanded compliments to sell you overpriced $200 fake facial products and when you say you’ll think about it or not interest she gets mad and throws thing as if I had to buy her product, created a fake friendly conversation, also lied about where she was from for some reason,and yes I know “why give them the time of day” I wanted to enjoy the place I’ve never been before i wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt. But this type of stuff doesn’t make people want to visit you mall again, it definitely doesn’t make me want to go back. It made me so uncomfortable and upset. Even days after, It’s unexplainable. Then some other sellers after we were trying to avoid the first one, practically begging for us to take a sample “no no no no no no, you’re gonna like it you’re gonna like it” respectfully y’all sound pathetic, chill, if a customer is interested , customers will approach you. If I was a mall supervisor , I obviously wouldn’t have harassing sellers

Yesterday I bought a protector for my cell phone in this place, and today it broke because the material is poor quality plastic. The person did not want to give me my money back or give me something of higher quality. Be careful when buying in that place because what they sell is not good. Better buy on Amazon or elsewhere

escalators broken at random points of the mall. ac not working in a few anchor stores. A lot of closures throughout the mall and items on sale. Good reminder of why we shop online for 90% of our items.
