My first visit to Noble House jewelry was such a nice experience. I was shopping for a Christmas gift and had a not-so-big budget to spend. I wasn't by any means a priority client, but they treated me as if I were going to spend thousands of dollars. The service was way above what I've experienced at big box stores. And so was their knowledge of their products. Before my trip was over I met the owner and she gave me a deal I couldn't refuse. I HIGHLY recommend Noble House...I will definitely visit them again for my fine jewelry needs. Thank you ladies!! ? Merry Christmas!

If you are a person of color, choose another jewelry store. Their professionalism and friendliness doesn’t apply to ALL customers. Here’s my experience. I googled places to repair / restring a beaded necklace and chose Noble Jewelers after seeing reviews about their professionalism, customer service, and being able to repair just about anything. They were not friendly and flat out REFUSED to repair my necklace. They said they were able to repair it but that they just didn’t want to do it. I’m a person of color and I will make sure to tell my entire network to avoid this racist establishment.

They’re not watch experts at all. Also, they don’t have a flat fee for resizing, they charge $10 a link. I personally would never, ever go back.
