I dealt with Nick Ross when my house burnt and he took very good care of me even brought me emergency money and State Farm just really stuck by my side thank you Nick.

After being with Nick's State farm coverage for years I made a claim after hitting an racoon in a low profile car. It did a lot of damage. I went to drive my car home after all the repairs were done & could hear something wasnt right. Took it back to body shop they said just mud in brakes. Took home again still making the sound.....knew something wasnt right body shop sent tow company to retrieve my car. The car had further damages that they had not caught before. Nick's adjuster said it's not from accident so will not cover it or my tow bill. So I pay full coverage for my vehicle that's now broken at shop non drivable after being jerked around for a week on if they were going to cover the costs or not. I had a fully functional car before the accident now I don't that's not full coverage to me. Their original tow driver also drove through my lawn & the end of my driveway tearing it all to hell with no apology. He got out of his tow truck said " are you gonna make a big deal outta this?" The quality of this insurance company is a joke. They are no good cheats. Take your business elsewhere if your looking for someone to have your back when you need it most.

I can not express enough of my gratitude for this place. Staff is always kind, prices are affordable and reasonable, and they are always looking out for our best interest. No matter the reason for the call, from this office to the extended Customer Service Nation Wide, I have Never had this amount of respect or level of great customer service. They are here for "YOU"!

I've had my renters policy with this specific office for a year now. I just renewed, so it will be a second year. These guys are great! I got my quote initially online before I moved from Chicago. They sent over all the information my apartment complex needed and I didn't have to worry about it. It was done within the hour I called! I just renewed and they did the same thing again! They added what I needed to the policy and sent it over. The agent I deal with is Laura and she is awesome! I would recommend her, this office, and State Farm to family, friends, anyone really. This is the best service I have received from an insurance agency.

Nick and his team are amazing. Not sure the issues with other people but my husband and I have been with Nick's team for over 7 years. Nothing but outstanding service. We have financed 3 vehicles also and the process is painless and a lot less hassle than working with dealership financing. They are very responsive to assistance with various things. We recommend them to everyone!!

Nick was very informative, professional, and genuinely wanted to help me save money on my insurance bill for my vehicle. So, long story short, he was able to bundle home AND auto insurance for thirty dollars less per month than my old insurers liability coverage with no renters. Highly recommended in my book!

This is the only agency I've worked with who actually cares about me. They will call me with a solution to save me extra money without me asking. They have a positive demeanor whenever I call to ask a nieve question and don't give me flack. They explain why things work the way they do and help me have a better understanding of my policy and what it includes. I'll be sticking with Rouse State Farm for a long time. I would totally recommend this agency to anyone!
