The shop was able to identify why my car was pulling to the left, replaced part of the front suspension, and align the wheels. All of this took a reasonable amount of time, and they offered a very fair price. I work remotely, and they suggested the JOCO public library, which was a great working space and is practically next door. Highly recommend these mechanics!

Best customer service I've received from any of my experiences with mechanics. The process to detail the issues/recommendations with pictures and cost detail including labor and parts makes me feel like it's a transparent process and I'm not getting swindled (which is always and potential in this industry). Beyond that, I appreciate the communication and even texting when necessary to help keep me updated on progress. Highly recommend!

I took my car there for a simple oil change and the service team told me I had a critical issue that was taken care of a few months ago at a different shop. I also didn’t consent to sharing my information to Sirius XM and I am now getting spammed with emails in addition to getting mail from them about starting a free trial. Not impressed at all and won’t be back

Although my appointment took a while to track down in the system, the gentlemen up front were able to figure it all out and get my car taken care of. I like that I’m able to get text updates, and approve or deny any services done to my car right from my phone. Even though I’ve moved away from the area, I still drive to the Concept Auto Service in Overland Park because I’ve been treated well and am happy with the services I receive.

The tie rods on my 2018 BMW X5 were seized and needed to be replaced. They texted me a detailed estimate and got the job done quickly. And they were less than the dealer. Happy to give them a 5 star review.
