Was actually only returning something here because I thought it was a corporate store but it's not and they happily took my return anyway, which I didn't know was possible. They do still have the foot scanner though.

Went in for my wife to look at 327 models. Brett Frost asked me if I had flat feet. I looked at him like he had three heads … a long time in the Army had convinced me that I didn’t. He had me take off my Vans slip ons… next thing I know I’m walking out of the store with New Balance Cushion CFX insoles. Immediately improved the way I walk! Life changing! My wife and daughter were also impressed with the customer service and that they weren’t pressured to buy shoes that were tried on. A++++++ Recommended.

I went into this New Balance location for the first time, and to say the least it was a wonderful experience. I worked with Jake in order to find the right shoe for me. I am in health care and a type one diabetic so I really need comfort and longevity for my feet. Jake was wonderful as he gave me so much information and truly took time to accommodate my needs and listen to what I wanted. He is extremely professional and very well educated. I will definitely be coming back!! I have never had such a wonderful experience when it comes to shopping.

Fantastic experience with Grant at the 119th OP location! He was very friendly and not pushy. Grant took the time to talk my teen son through different shoe options and consideration factors for sports and function. He did not rush us and was patient the whole time. Thank you!

Quick, professional, paid for (over the phone), and the nice salesman brought the purchase, out to my car----because I have a torn meniscus, and am suppose to stay home....really... JAKE is the best salesman, ever.... Very, very good guy--a true asset, to New Balance....? Thank you, Everyone... Great Experience...
