Natalie M Studio saved my daughter’s wedding! I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff and how everyone truly went above and beyond. My daughter was one of the brides that was taken advantage of at The One Bridal and Lisa stepped in and was able to find her dress with the designer. We ordered the groomsmen’s attire, bridesmaid dresses and mother of the bride dress. They have beautiful dresses to choose from and can’t say enough about their customer service! Thank you!

Sean was so accommodating. This review is so late. Our daughter married June 22 2024 Sean handled it all he was amazing alterations excellent. Thank you Sean you went above and beyond. We lost a handkerchief for a pocket and he was amazing. Don’t go anywhere else for wedding alterations or selection. Great people!

Mom’s favorite Repeat stop for dress shopping for my two high school daughters We visited Natalie M and the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm smile, incredibly attentive and knowledgeable owner.
The quality of the dresses is top-notch, with beautiful fabrics and meticulous detailing. We were impressed by the variety of sizes available, catering to all body types. The fitting rooms were spacious and well-lit, which made trying on dresses a comfortable experience.
What truly stood out was the personalized service, took the time to understand my daughters style preferences and offered helpful suggestions without being pushy. They even provided alteration recommendations, ensuring a perfect fit.

We went though Natalie M for suits for our wedding. All of our groomsmen were out of state, Sean made it super easy and sent them all a form to fill out when they were sized to send back to him. He was amazing at answering questions the 80 questions I had. We had the suit information in 6 weeks before, suits came in on Wednesday, wedding was Saturday. A few suits needed adjustments and by the time we headed to our location Saturday, they were taken care of. Suits and ere something I never had to worry about, thanks to Sean. Ty e best experience!

5 stars isn’t enough. Lisa and crew are amazing. I wish we would have gotten the name of the other two women. We came as a walk in for prom dress shopping and felt so welcomed! They were beyond kind and nice. Helpful beyond belief and had what felt like one of a kind options. These were not generic cookie cutter dresses and the quality was 10/10. This is our second year of shopping with them and will continue for many years to come.

A friend of mine and my sister got there dress here 3-7 years back so thought I would try it to. they moved into a super small location. the lady that worked there showed me back to where the wedding dresses are, basically a closet.. then told me that she was helping with prom dress girls so she would be back and forth... never helped me, my sister helped me with the dresses... all dresses are only in one size so hard to get a real feel for them... then the attendant brought me a vail when I asked, and it had a huge hole in it... TERRIBLE experience no soon to be bride should ever experience. Will always recommend NOT to use this place!!

There's just no place like Natalie M! We live in St Louis County about 3.5 hours away but the trip is worth it. The service and selection are the best! My daughter Romy is a pageant girl and a a senior in high school. Whether we are shopping for a dance or a pageant, Lisa and her crew know exactly the right dress for the event. We have reached out to Lisa for help with pageant interview wear and she nailed it. She suggested the perfect jumpsuit for Romy. Lisa just "knows". The store is located in Town Center mall and is very easy to find and parking is not a problem. Natalie M has the best selection of the best designers! Don't wait too long if you need to shop for prom!
