I will never go to this nail salon again. I used to go out of convenience because it’s so close to my house. I’ve been twice when the nail tech was so rude to me. I will be returning to my old salon where they greet me by name and are kind. One time I went for a pedicure and the nail tech made my French tip lopsided . I asked her to fix it and she yelled at me and asked why I didn’t tell her sooner . I said I didn’t see it until she was done working - she refused to fix it so I didn’t tip her. Today, I went in and asked her to fix my big toe because my nail broke off and I just needed the one redone, the others looked fine. She argued with me in front of the whole store because she wanted me to get a whole new pedicure. I had been going to this place every 6-8 weeks for the past 3 years. I will never again .

Very much upset of how the fact is that when I ask for the exact set that I wanted on the picture it completely didn’t look the exact same at all.

Best place to get your nails done in the mall, hands down! And if you want some gorgeous nails ask for Lynn, honey :) Every two weeks ladies!!!!

they charge high for basically nothing they can't even do that many designs so your options are low already and how they do the nail ain't good at all

I’m updating this review because it’s not even a week and all pealed off!!Not satisfied at all.
I wasn’t really pleased with the area … it was messy and dirty… the person who did my manicure was trying to be really focused on manicure and he did a great job but for Gell ,, I’m not happy with the shape of my nails! They look so bumpy and not equal.I had manicure today after a while, my nails are short and I jut put nail polish on them myself but I just wanted to treat myself this time!!
Pricing didn’t make sense to me , they charged me $8 for just couple dots on my nails! it was not a design it’s literally just 2 dots !
I just realized why I’m not getting manicure anymore, because we pay and respect but not getting the good service.
I hope they change the level of their service!
Honestly, I’m really not happy about what I’ve got … here is the picture I wanted and what I’ve got. Big time waste of money.

Literally the worst manicure I’ve had in over 30 years of getting them. I’ve never had to tell a technician to stop. Pretending that you’re doing something with cuticle removers and not actually removing anything. Then to tell me my cuticles are too dry. Well that’s what soaking and cuticle remover is for. Then to pour oil all over me feet. I asked to stop. Thinking I’d get a different tech for my hands….nope. Same one. I asked if someone else was available and she said no. Then starts to violently file my hands burning my skin; where I pull my hand away. I asked her to stop yet again. She insisted on massaging me. I said no thank you. Then charges me $65 arguing that I said for her to keep going. No if I said keep going, I’d have polish on my nails and a would of left a great tip. Not only terrible service from a rude technician but then to argue with me and tell me to not ask for her when I come again. No. I won’t make that mistake. The worse service ever. Then charge me $65 for literally wetting my hands and feet and moving an emery board viciously across nail beds and skin is not a manicure or pedicure. Beware!!

My finger still burns after being cut with the drill. The oldest lady there, I believe her name is Trang, took extremely long & kept being distracted by some Asian ladies that walked in. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day or the ladies distracting her but she continuously missed making straight lines as I asked for French black tips). She then got upset when I asked her to fix them so she started over & rushed through. I asked her to clean underneath my nails too & that’s when I felt the cut of the drill. First thing that comes out of her mouth is “I wasn’t trying to hurt you” rather than apologizing. She then had two other younger technicians finish the job for her. The two other girls where nice but I specifically told them I only wanted to pay them since they restarted the whole nails (shaped & styled) & did not hurt me. The girls did a good job fixing my nails (were more precise, detail oriented & gentle) but I will not be going back & I do not recommend after this bad experience. Nearly two hours to come out leaving with nice nails but hurt in the process & disappointed at the way I was treated.

Do not go here! They cut my toenails back so far they hurt and filed them down really small to cover it up and my gel polish has come off in less than 3 hrs without doing anything to warrant that. They’re not cheap but the service and products are. I’m not going back and I refuse to drive an hour for one nail repair that will cost me more time in gas! The tech asked her daughter to finish because she was obviously clueless AT THE EXPENSE of my hands and feet.

Was in the mall on my lunch break, passed by this nail salon three workers were standing in front of the entrance. I inquired about their services they were nice & gave me a quote on a design I wanted. I couldn’t wait to get off & go get my nails done. Went to get a pedicure when I got off I picked a color I wanted they didn’t have it but you have the color on the nail chart. That was sign number one. She showed me the different pedicure packages then encouraged me to get $40 or more packages. Let me look at the packages & pick what I want that was sign number 2. I was in need of a pedicure & my feet was in the water if they weren’t I would have left. The nail tech was rough as hell I had to slow her down. The service was just horrible. She couldn’t find the polish color I wanted & stated that the only color they had that I wanted was in gel & it was $14 more. I won’t return to this nail salon & definitely don’t recommend no one to visit this nail salon.

Not happy with guy doing my pedicure, he tried to charge additional $5 to scrub my feet and pick my color for me. I will not be going back

Really bad experience- I got a gel manicure on Sunday. It is now Tuesday and all but one of my nails is bare- the polish started peeling up the same night. The employees spent the entire time talking to each other and did not acknowledge the customers present. Also, my cousin who has special needs came with me and she and I both told the employee that she wanted orange nails with a halloween design, but the person put red nail polish on her. When I told her, again, that she wanted orange nail polish, for halloween, the lady just laughed and said red was better. Never going back and would not recommend to anyone. I paid over $100 for nails that are gone within 48 hours.

I was visiting my cousins for an engagement party. I was already in the mall and selected this place to do my nails. The woman convince me to do a gel manicure. This was on Friday. It’s already peeling off. I am very unhappy as this was not cheap. I will also be writing a letter.

Usually I do my own nails but I had a business trip so I thought I should upgrade. The person doing my nails was nice but the quality of work wasn't what I would have expected. In the end it was no different than doing it myself, and actually I re worked then three days later
