Ended up getting the mortgage we wanted for the house we will live in and at a better rate we expected. He gave us some tips we didn't even know about to maximize our mortgage savings. I have a few rental properties I want to refinance and will be refinancing with Ryan! Rather then getting it done fast, he recommended I wait a few months to refinance them to get the most bang for my buck!”

“Richie & Saif were awesome! I wanted a cash out Refi that no other lenders would do because of my manufactured home. The best I could get from anyone was 65% loan to value, but Richie and his crew got me 85%. There were innumerable road blocks by 3rd parties but the Richie duncan team had solutions and their network of 3rd parties to fix loopholes along the way. Even though it was a long process due to inept appaisers they stuck with me 3 months and got me my $$$ money! Incredible job and professionalism. I know because I've sold 100s of homes and dealt with a ton of lenders the past 22 years.”

She is always straightforward, she gives clear answers to every question we ask (some of which were admittedly pretty rudimentary), and she is always available to make sure we are comfortable with every step we need to take. “Did a Refinance and waited until all the process has closed prior to writing this review.The good are: They were very responsive 100% of the time to any question I had, got me a good interest rate, meet all verbally promised loan details that were discussed before closing (even a couple that they were not 100% sure they would get) and did the entire process in around 45 days. This is why I gave 5 stars, what else can you ask for?The challenge: If you are not tech savvy and don't like doing almost everything online they may not be the right company for you or get the kids to help you.Thank you Mr. Johnson and the rest of the Wyndham team!Mark in Vancouver WA.”
“Ron was my life line. I can't say enough about how calming and knowledgeable he is. I had an absolutely horrific experience before I found Ron with a different lender/broker and within a day Ron had the whole process under control and assured me that we could get everything submitted to underwriting and at least from a pre-approval standpoint I was good. The previous lender/broker had taken over a week and a half to get me a response that they needed more info before going to underwriting. Ron just made my entire experience night and day different.
