I brought my vehicle to get an oil change and they said they would rotate the tires. I said 'and balance' he said, 'no, that's extra' i said ' there's no point in rotating without balancing, go do it.'
That night I had to go to work 90 minute drive one way on the highway and I just about knocked all my brains out on how BAD it was shaking. It was not bad before they did their 'midas touch'!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! I came here to fix my coolant leak BACK IN FEBRUARY, they said it was a bad water pump so I pay $500 to get it fixed. Same issue occurs 3 months later so I take it back in, guy says it just needed to be topped with coolant so didn’t charge me anything. SAME ISSUE OCCURRED AGAIN THIS WEEK, they say it won’t be covered by warranty because it’s not the water pump it’s a crack in the coolant reservoir (which I had already figured when it first occurred) they proceed to tell me today it’ll be $200 to get it fixed but that the last time I came in (May) the employee “forgot to charge me” SO THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME AN EXTRA $200 FOR THEIR SCREW UP. How am I supposed to know that’s what they’re really charging me for and if that was the case why didn’t anyone call me in May when they noticed I wasn’t charged??? AWFUL COMPANY, THEY ABSOLUTELY THOUGHT THEY COULD JUST GET AN EXTRA $200 OUT OF ME FOR NOTHING. SO GLAD I DIDNT DECIDE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!!
