They seem to never open on time, or close an hour early, or don't have what I come here for. Call and make sure they are open b4 you come. Don't know why I keep coming to this location except it's close. Guess they don't care about actually being here when their store hours are listed.

Had an amazing experience! I had no idea whether or not I was going to be able to transfer my number on a new unlocked phone. When I arrived they were very busy but I was seen in no time and was finished quickly. I really appreciated the quality of service I saw given to everyone and the full disclosure of fees. Have been a metro PCS customer for years and this place is just another testament as to why.

I Really don’t like this location, when I walked in she was just rude it’s not what you say . It’s how you say it and her energy level was just off like we all have to work honey but leave that energy at the door.

Very bad service,I got a new phone I wanted to switch my SIM card to it and she said that I need to pay first after that I payed she couldn’t switch it because there was a problem and then I asked for refund she said I can not

Darcy was very unprofessional and rude for no reason. She blamed it on having a bad day but she is just a rude person in general the way she carried herself. Treated me like I was an idiot. My phone overheated and shut off and she kept trying to blame the charging port but it was not the charger then she wiggled it over and over again until it was loose and was like yea it's the charger. She tried breaking it on purpose I think. After arguing for 30 min they finally did the phone swap. Waiting 4 business days for it to arrive even though they said it would be 2. I had to pay 36 to activate phone and they didn't give me the charger or box for the phone. I will probably be switching services soon now. I was even nice to bring pizza for helping me out and they were extremely rude to me and couldn't even print a receipt. Unprofessional is an understatement!

Top notch customer service here! I came in 5 minutes before closing time and Ingris took care of me with a smile. My phone is brand new, activated, screen protector is on and in the case. It just does'nt get any better than that. THANK YOU!!
