“Each time I shop at the Kohl’s Overland Park location, I receive courteous, treatment. The store is well lit and clean and organized. I’ve never had to wait in line for an extended amount of time when checking out. Cashiers frequently check to see who’s waiting in line, and even the associates in returns/customer service step up to help when the line seems a bit long.
One of the cashiers, sorry I don’t know her name, seems quite pleasant and eager to make sure people and enjoy a satisfactory end to their shopping experience.
Karima, the cashier who helped me apply for my Kohl’s card seemed very knowledgeable about and genuinely concerned that I had all the information needed to apply. And answered all my questions and concerns to my satisfaction.”

“Have been here multiple times for a buddies wedding and ended up doin wedding rentals through MW as well. Trey'vonn is the man you NEED to see there. Very knowledgeable, honest, and just kind. My fiance and I would go just to see if he was there then conduct our business we needed to get done while giving his opinions on what he did as well as what others have done. He's a guy that loves what he does and would take his clothes off his back to ensure you are lookin good on your special day. Can't thank him enough for what he has done for me. 10/10 recommend”

“This was my first time shopping at H&M. I was very impressed with the store. It was very nice and clean. The clothes were good quality. Pricing was fair. The dressing rooms were a little messy and there were a lot of clothes to be returned to the rack. Customer Service was okay. There was a little bit of a line and the customer service agent that I had was not very friendly. Overall I give the store 8 out of 10 and I will definitely go back and shop again.”

“I visited here today to pick up some AF1s for a lady friend and it was a super pleasant experience. Tenska, Tameya and Cashét were really sweet, funny and helpful. Some of these negative reviews appear to be posted by the classic playa hatin Joco females.These girls were very knowledgeable about the shoes and the conversation and vibe was great. Don't mind the haters, and come here if you need shoes for a kid or if you're a gal shopping for yourself and wear youth sizes. It was a good time. They were wise beyond their years.”

“Well, I have to give props for their customer service. A security tag was left on an article of clothing I bought- which meant I had to drive back just to have it removed.I probably wasn’t the most polite when I called to explain the situation. I mean, it’s a pain to have to return to have the tag taken off. Anyway- the manager was waiting when I got there and it was sorted out within minutes.Mistakes are made- but how they are resolved can be the difference between continuing to shop at a business or going somewhere else. So, I appreciate the quick resolution.”

I bought a suit jacket, dress shirt, and slacks from here, for $300-$350 months ago.
Yesterday, I came in and got another dress shirt and tie, but was having trouble finding the best pairing. David, the manager there, was kind enough to troubleshoot the problem with me and we were able to successfully find the best option. I complained about the price of the tie, but he was kind enough to give me a discount since I had a history of shopping at the store. Quick and efficient process.
They will continue to have my business in the near future!”
“Called looking for a specific shoe. The lady working there went back in the store room to see if they had the product in stock since it wasn't on the shelf. And it was in the size I needed. Very good customer service. I wish I knew her name ,but she was a very helpful caring employee doing her job to the best of her ability. Thank you for good customer service. “The manager Hannah - I wish I could leave 100 reviews for Hannah. What a GEM and what a committed employee. We had a difficult return (darn Apply pay) and Hannah handled the stressful situation with poise, determination, and such a good/can-do attitude! We giggled with Hannah as she maneuvered a solve and are so impressed with her ability to handle a stressful situation (the store was packed) with a smile on her face. Kudos to you Hannah! “Peak neutral vibes. The quality is my favorite part—best I've ever owned next to Express. A bit expensive but they're generous with online deals, so this location works well for sampling. This is THE brand for olives, browns, navys, and tans. The box of essential tees is a GREAT deal. Also, the way the jeans hang straight is very unique to this brand. If you're into laid back but not trashy looking neutral, give this a shot!”
