Rachel has been my contact at Med Resources for 10+ years and she is amazing. Med Resources has been such an important part of setting up safe discharge plans and getting needed equipment for my residents returning home. Ryan Clark has taken exceptional care of my dad’s needs. Making sure our equipment works, that we know how to use it and are always stocked up. Great communication, kindness and he’s attentive even when he should have his phone off! He understands that my dads life depends on his medical equipment and it shows. 5/5!

The customer service has been hit or miss depending on who answers the phone. Today I had questions about a delivery and was connected to a lady named Cody. She took care of all my issues, found answers to my questions and returned my call within 10 minutes with a solution. She was fantastic and knowledgeable. I have had my faith restored. Since having Oxygen is a pretty timed sensitive thing, it was good to have a solid answer and peace of mind given to me. Solid "10" from Cody!

I received a bill for nearly $300 for a walking boot valued at around $60. I understand they provided this boot and I called willing to pay some, but not all of this high bill and they would not negotiate stating it was illegal to do so as my insurance had applied it all to the deductible. This makes no sense since medical companies settle all the time. I hope after some time they make this right.

I would give them a zero if possible. My Dr. ordered a walker thru them in April and I finally got it in August after many, many, phone calls to the local office and the home office. They kept blaming my dr., but that wasn't the problem, it was their customer service. I didn't get to pick anything out. They delivered it to me, but didn't see if it fit me or anything and they told me there would be a 36.00 upgrade charge. I expected it to be a nice one. My mother got one years ago and it was very nice. It is not the quality I expected at all. It looks like it should be free or sold in a thrift shop. There is no way anyone over 12 can sit on the tiny seat it has and it is just put together so cheaply. I am sure medicare that paid for most of it doesn't realize what they are paying for. Do not use this company if you need quality medical equipment, you will definitely be disappointed and you could die before you get it. I can't imagine what the upgrade was I paid for.

After many not so pleasant interactions with the staff at Med Resources I called last night with an after hours emergency when my Mothers oxygen concentrator quit working at 8pm. The after hours worker John was amazing and very helpful!! I had been considering finding a new company for her medical equipment due to some very negative experiences with the in office staff but quite honestly if I could ALWAYS deal with John I would reconsider looking elsewhere. You need to hang on to John Med Resources!!

I 1st contacted Med Resc, in person in October, 2023. I talked with a Ms Tiffany, whom was at the front desk. She inturn told me to take the voucher back to my Dr with information that he needed to add to the voucher. I had another appt with my Dr in January at which I forwarded the information from Ms Tiffany. The info she needed was was faxed to her on January 17, 2024. I then called and spoke with Tiffy on or about January 22, 2024. She informed the info was received and she is working on it. I callMed Resc back on or about February 19, 2024. Spoke with a young lady whom transfered me to Ms Tiffany because she is the person working with my case, I got no answer but I left a voice message for Ms Tiffany, I'm checking on the Status of my equipment, if you can please contact me. Left contact information on voicemail, It's now March 3, 2024, I'm still waiting on the Status!!Thank You Med Resources
